“Very disappointed with the staff’s behavior”

In the end, we spoke with the hotel manager. At first, he claimed that not all rooms are identical to the photos and that we didn’t receive that specific room, but after a short discussion he behaved respectfully, offered us several rooms to choose from, and eventually spoke to us in a pleasant and polite manner.

All the food variety was always delicious like 10/10, there was plenty to choose from in every aspect, everything was fresh and so delicious. Everything what's your mind would like to get in your stomach, indeed a feast for the eyes and also the stomach. The personal was very nice and polite. Rooms were clean and the location was perfect. “Terrible hotel”

The hotel staff was super nice. They handle my family professionally. The beach was very close. The food of the restaurant was good quality, delicious and fill immediately the missing ones. The location is perfect, between the airport and the hotel (for 1.6€) there is a direc bus line (go through the old Town of Heraklion). From the room we have a lovely view of the sea and mountains. The beach was huge, you kac walk miles in the sand without any barrier. Near the hotel there are many gift shops, restaurants, supermarkets.

Everything was clean. Every day room was cleaned and we became fresh towels . Food is great and always good served. Everybody are so friendly and nice. We must to give 5 stars to positivity of Kristina, Filip( Servis) and barman Dimitius( apoligaze if I spelled the names wrong). Reception girls are verx kind, and menager is always there for guests. We will recomend Hotel to the friends and to visit it again. Thank you! Family Smith

Located just outside of Heraklion, having a bus stop in front makes hotel's location great for travellers via public transport. But what is more important is the staff who are there to greet, offer and help the customers. I asked some specifics prior my arrival and was answered accordingly. After our checkout we stayed a bit more in the hotel area, treated as guests till the last moment. Not to mention the scrumptious variety of foods served during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooms were also big, having amenities and comfortable beds and pillows.

“Brilliant base for exploring beautiful island of Crete”

Canr fault the hotel. It was extremely clean. Pool area was nice. Food was really nice too and my husband enjoyed the food (and he's picky) I would 100% stay here again. We went out of season. So the car hire was vital. We used the hotel as more of a base. So we could explore the beautiful iSland

“Great service, comfortable no frills accomodation”

Wonderful welcome. Very helpful staff. Main reception area is pleasant with plenty of seating. Outdoor bar area relaxing. Lovely pool. Quiet in the evening. The all inclusive menu provides many food options and there is plenty to satisfy all. Desserts and ice cream were wonderful. The snacks were also a nice touch.

“The best place in Crete and not expensive at all”

It's very good located. You can easily take the bus from the airport (3€/pers) and the bus station is right next to the hotel. The beach is very close, about 5 min walk and the view is stunning. The rooms are very clean, the towels are changed daily and the stuff is very kind. The food is tasty and it's always enough for everybody. If you want to visit other great beaches I would recommend to rent a car and there are plenty companies right next to the hotel. Everything was amazing and next year we will definetly be back at this hotel.

We loved absolutely everything! Huge thank you to Manolis, Tasos, Georgina, Sula, Maria and everyone else! Excellent location, rooms cleaned every day, nice food (especially the pancakes by the pool). Once again, huge thank you to all staff!

“All in all, it was great!”

We took all-inclusive with our 3yr old. The food was ok, lots of varieties and different meals, one soup per day, salads and sweets. The fruits could be better and probably more available at the pool bar for eg. Staff is great, also the hygiene. The room is cleaned every day and they change towels and sheets regularly. Everything is super clean. The location of the hotel is great, next to the bus stop, and going to the Heraklion is super easy, there are buses every 10-15 minutes. Even visiting Knossos is super easy. The beach is close and there is a beach bar with sun umbrellas and beds, free of charge (only drinks to be paid).
