I am very happy that i have discovered this place! I really enjoyed my stay at Alkyonides Studios. Lady who met me on arrival was very welcoming and sweet. Room was spotless and even though I only stayed for 2 nights, the room was cleaned every day and was equipped with everything you need. Pool area is beautiful with a nice, clean pool, drinks available for purchase at the pool bar. Beach is nearby ~5min walk. Thank you, I will definitely be back!

location is good, not on the beach front, but only less than 5 minutes walk.

Small, modern complex, which was calm and relaxing. Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Very welcoming and attentive hosts. Felt like we'd discovered a secret spot! The addition of the pool bar meant we could laze around the area during the day, when it was too windy for the beach. Great bus link from near Heraklion bus station (number 6) made it easy to get to. There were many places to eat and shop nearby. Thank you to our wonderful hosts.

Friendly staff, especially the cleaning lady. The location is also very close to the beach.

Is closed to the beach, is a zone for windsurf area. Music in the pool area till late in the night, if you like to party.

Location was perfect, close to Heraklion city (there is a bus station 300m from the place, bus leaves every 10 mins or so), the place was clean and the staff is incredibly nice, especially the cleaning lady and the owner. They asked about our day and were quick to respond to any trouble. Also, because we had to leave at 4am for our flight, the owner left us a little homemade gift and a note, which was precious. All the best to everyone!

Personal stuff was very friendly. The room was clean, had all the amenities which is needed to stay with the children. Bed was comfortable. Had an AC. Not far from the beach and city. Thank you :)

The property was beautiful and very clean, with spacious rooms and great views. It was just a 2-minute walk to a lovely beach and nearby bars, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the local nightlife. The staff provided exceptional hospitality; they were friendly, welcoming, and always eager to assist with any request, making us feel right at home.

Can absolutely recommend this property. It was clean, great sea view, just a few steps to beach and groceries/restaurants, quiet area, and bus stops. Homeowner are lovely and always present. They told us about big plans for the future and we’re happy to come back next (next) year.

I could leave my luggages for the whole day at the property after checking out and enjoying my last day at the beach without bringing them with me everywhere. My host was super friendly and helpful, he provided the easiest check-in and check-out and my room was absolutely tidy, clean and identical with the photos. Bus number 6 drops you off and picks you up at the end of the street and it costs only 1,5 € per rout.
