Cleaning and changing towels every day, parking spot , comfortable with kitchen facilities, large terrace with AMASING VIEW over the Athos bay and Ammouliani. Dream place.

Amazing view of the sea and mount Athos, as well as Sithonia. The room is spacious , clean and has everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful clean room & lovely views

Room had an amazing view! Bed was really comfortable and it was cleaned every two days. Hosts were really helpful. It had a small kitchen with coffeemaker, sink and some cutlery, so bring your own portable induction cooktop and a pan if you want to cook something. (this wasn’t a problem for us because host told us so we came prepared 😀) Closest beach was banana beach and it was 8min down hill walk. Overall we would come again!

Ammouliani is a beautiful island and Villas Gemeli is a perfect place to stay. Far from the crowd, it is located in a quiet and airy spot. The village and some beaches are at a close distance, and you can reach most beaches by minibus (or explore beautiful Ammouliani by foot if you like to walk like me!). The room was nice, cozy and very clean. I particularly enjoyed the balcony with its superb view all over the island and Chalkidiki. The owner and the staff are kind and warm, and they make you feel comfortable all the time. It was a very, very pleasant stay!!

“Great accommodation with a stunning view”

Without doubt, everything you will read in the reviews here is 100% true! The location has the best view on the whole island and is isolated from the crowd, but still, everything is within reach in about 5–10 minutes. The room was so clean! They service the room every day, just like in a hotel! The best appreciation goes to the host! Everything we asked, he delivered. He is so nice and will help you with everything. I definitely recommend this stay, and I am sure we will come again in the future! Thank you, Spiros!

Excellent location with a great view, very polite and available staff. Always free parking spot. Each two days the laundry was changed. The room was cleaned every day. There is an air conditioner which is great in the hot days if want to stay inside. There is a big and spacious terrace with a great view, where U can stay for hours and watch the beautiful view towards Mount Athos and Sytonia.

Everything was perfect, the view from the apartment is wonderful. The apartments are on the top and you can see the whole iceland with the morning cafe. The owner is very friendly. I recommend this place!

Villas Gemeli might be the top accomodation that we’ve ever experienced. The photos don’t reflect the beauty of this place! Every room has a balcony with a breathtaking view of the island! The room is extremely clean, and has everything you might need for a perfect holiday. Spiros, the host is super friendly and has a great energy of making you feel at home. We will most definitely come back to this piece of Heaven

Great villas with wonderful view to the sea and the island from above. The rooms are clean and tidy, the terrace is really big and the host Spiros is super nice and friendly. We went there for the 3rd time and would visit again. Highly recommend!
