I liked the location, the view from the porch, the host was very supportive and kind and he was coming fast any time we need. Very suitable for the families with one child maximum. It was clean and the towels and sheets were changed regularly. We had granted parking space.

I like everything. The house is clean and havw our own terrace with a nice view. The host is very attentive, he came after 2days to give us fresh linens and towels. We called him and he arrived in 2minutes. He even brought us some snacks. Thanks. We really enjoyed our stay. 😊

“Great accommodation”
It is a charming studio, not big but comfortable with an AMAZING sea view. Very good location close to the square with a very nice local bar/Cafe. Great balcony and fantastic shared terrace.

“Peaceful location with a great view over the sea and Athos mountain managed by an extraordinary host”
The location has a great view with the sea and the mount Athos. It is a peaceful place even though it is located in the city. Host was so kind and welcomed us with traditional sweets and liquor at our arrival. Not to say about the cookies he personally made during our staying and the farewell gift. He was always paying attention to our needs or situations like for example making sure that we still have running water from a dedicated tank when the water from the city pipes was not running. Having access to beaches from Ammouliani city in just 2-3 minutes of walking as well as being right in the city for evening walks makes the location very well positioned. Not to mentioned that all beaches from the island are reachable within 5-7 minutes by car. All in one the apartment was very good with such a lovely view and on top of all these the host was extraordinary!

“Amazing”
First of all Manolis is a great host! The villa is at a great location, amazing view of the sea 🌊 and there is a separate area outside for us very large with table and chairs and enough places for drying our laundry. For cooking there is enough equipment, kuttlery, etc, very comfortable. One of the lamps stopped working and our host Manolis was super fast after I messaged him he came in 5 min and changed it which was impressive! The nice beaches are several and all are 6-7 min drive. You also have very good supermarkets around and amazing bakery, restaurants, everything reachable by foot in 3-5 min :) Also on half of our stay our host changed the sheets and towels which was also appreciated by us. The beaches are calm and very good for kids. Thanks for the great stay!!!
