“Fantasic place, amazing views, beautiful private beach, outdoor kitchen - could not be better!”

Fantastic place! The view from the great patio around the house is amazing. If you want a relaxing, secluded holiday, this is perfect. We loved the outdoor kitchen, we made pizza in the firewood oven. There were also a gas stove, a grill. In general, everything is thought about here. A few steps down to a private beach which we used every day. The beach is beautiful. The sunsets amazing.

Amazing! Phenomenal! Jordan and Melina (the owners) are great. Jordan was constantly available for assistance. The house is nicely build, it has an incredible romantic view, it is perfectly clean! Jordan is cleaning all the time and making sure we have everything we need. There is a close private beach (sand!) with really clean and calm water. The whole place is really quiet. Piece of paradise, really! The garden around the house is really well maintained and beatiful. We will definitely come again!

Here you can still enjoy a rare almost "undiscovered" gem of an accommodation in Greece. Be aware: The property is even nicer than the pictures suggest. It was way better than we expected! You might want to come back again after your first stay ;-) The hosts are extremely nice and accommodating. The house and surrounding grounds such as gardens and paths to the beach (did I mention: your own private beach!) are super well maintained. Everything is very clean. The furnishings are modern and in very good condition. There are all the necessary furnishings. Should you be looking for a quiet relaxing place on a small island not yet overcrowded by tourism, you are in the right place! We travelled as two adults with two kids between 5 and 10 years old - they loved it too! Thanks again to these great hosts - we have rarely met such nice hosts! If you need anything - they will help you. They are always around, but never in a disturbing way.

absolutely beautiful peaceful spot with stunning panoramic view of the sea, a few tiny islands and the mainland. the private beach area a small walk downhill is so pretty and remote it feels like your own secret paradise. the beach is sandy and there are sun beds just for your own use. the water is clean and clear like a swimming pool. the property itself is also very beautiful it has been built and decorated with lovely taste in fact I took lots of photos as inspiration for the things I want to do in my own home. what really made this stay stand out for us though was the hospitality. just as we met the owners to drive together to the property our car broke down and they were so incredibly kind and helpful. they drove us around, tried to help us find a mechanic and in the end jump started our battery and fixed it. they were also so friendly and welcoming to our two children; they made us feel so at home. thank you so much, we will recommend to everyone to visit beautiful ammouliani island and come and stay with you Melena and Jordan 🥰

“Relaxation with an amazing view”

Amazing view from the massive outside terrace / kitchen and dining area ... It's a large property inside, but enormous space outside too .. Perfect for our 2+2 family group .. The private beach down just a few moments walk down from the house is beautiful Very helpful host met us off the ferry and escorted us to the house ( it's only a 5 minute drive, but easier to have someone show you the way the first time as some of it is on fairly unpromising looking dirt roads! )
