Our stay at the complex was an absolute pleasure! We were extremely satisfied with everything. The houses are beautifully designed with great attention to detail, and the sea view is simply breathtaking. They are equipped with absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay, making you feel right at home. The beach belonging to the complex is incredibly picturesque, peaceful, and perfect for a truly relaxing vacation. The staff were kind, attentive, and highly professional throughout our stay. We would definitely visit the complex again and highly recommend it!

Design and all surroundings are very nicely made, the private beach takes some steps to reach but it is worth it! You can grill there and have many sitting places outside.

“A real gem”

We had an amazing stay in Ammou Area. The complex is a real gem. The Stamatis’ family are the best hosts you can imagine – always calm and smiling, always ready to help. We had a problem with the car and Stamatis help us to solve it when we arrived. He literally saved our vacation. His granddaughter who makes her first steps in the family business, with her prefect English is really kind, very well-mannered and will be a great next generation host. The houses, the gardens and the whole area are maintained by Asem – quiet, tireless and ready to fix and clean everything on time. The private beach is another pearl – you can just relax and watch the sun set or you can do water sports as there are different facilities such as paddle boards, water wheels on the spot. The place is clean, very convenient with large BBQ area. We are looking forward to comming back there.

“Wonderful stay in a beautiful and peaceful location”

We had a fantastic time staying in the Ammou Area on Ammouliani. The place is really comfortable and very well equipped with everything you need for a longer stay - including a lovely outdoor barbecue area. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and you can really feel the care they’ve put into every detail of the property. The small beach is just a few minutes down the hill, and it’s absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We were there in early June, and the setting was perfect - calm, quiet, and ideal for relaxing. The property is in great condition and very well maintained. It’s a short 5-minute drive to Ammouliani town, so you’re close enough to restaurants and shops but far enough to enjoy total peace and quiet. The views are stunning, and it’s a real pleasure to wake up and walk down to the sea or relax on the small pontoon. Great for families too — we noticed other families with children enjoying the space as well. We would definitely love to come back!

“Relaxing and private vacation”

The property itself and the location is really special and beautiful - exactly the right place to be at, if you want to have a relaxing, private not overcrowded vacation. You will find all kind of vegetables and fruits. The room size is perfect for a couple, is designed very welcoming and warm, is clean and has a nice kitchen, where you can prepare your breakfast and dinner. In Addition every room has a private grill which can be used. The view from the balcony was beautiful especially in the evening during the sunset. The private beach equipped with subs and a boat was amazing. The water is turquoise and there is even a little sand bank.

The surrounding greenery was awesome, amazing view and great private beach. We were 2 but the accommodation is great for more families to come as a group and enjoy the place Very helpful staff they did the best to help us solve a car issue we had and it was done for a day :)

“Jewel on the hill”

What this family did with their land is amazing. The beach on the rocks is luxurious and a wild experience with stairs cut in the stone. Water sport provided, that was awesome! So much fun, thank you! Mandarines, olive threes and vineyards all around. The view and the dedicated outside table and BBQ allowed us to fully breath in and enjoy a beautiful stay. This was the factor that changed our whole experience. The beds were really comfortable and the room, while a bit dark, was chilled and calm. The towers and bed covers were with nice quality as well, I loved the embroidered details. We had everything that was needed and coffee capsules for every day during our stay ❤️☕❤️ The host was super friendly, we had great wine from the family winery, and some virgin olive oil as well. (Sorry about the cork screw 🤪, but it was horrible anyway, this wine deserves better) I would definitely visit again, this place is a jewel 💙💙💙
