From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, and had all the comforts of home (and more!). The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The location was perfect – close to everything. This was by far one of the best stays I’ve ever had. If I could give more than 10 stars, I would! We’ll definitely be coming back again if possible. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

The apartment is modern, comfy, with all amenities you need for a feel-like-home vacation. It is close to the main port, supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants. The host Dimitris is very nice person, always attending to every need we had. He gave us tips for good beach time, and also where to eat good food. Thank you Dimitris for having us as your guests. We will surely be back.

What a lovely place in Ammouliani. The apartment was so nice and the kitchen was well equipped. We booked the room with the garden (Anemone) and that was very convenient. Communication with the owner was smooth and clear. We will definitely come back when we visit Ammouliani!

The location and view from the terrace are amazing. Air conditioning works fine. There is an outside barbeque and the bedroom is big enough. It is well equipped in general. The kitchen has everything basic you need in it. A coffeemaker or an electronic kettle would be a nice touch, but there is a stove so all is good.

The host was very kind and polite. The room had everything that you needed.

“Clean , beautiful and well priced”

It’s the second year in which we stay at Aiora Yard , at first we chose it because it’s pet friendly and the price was excelent but then we were pleasantly impressed by how clean and nice the apartment is , it has everything you may need in a vacation , a fully equiped kitchen , a grill and a nice yard to relax . Aiora it’s very close to the port and all the shops and also to the restaurants (especially our favourite , Tzanis ). The communication with the owner , Dimitris , was also excelent , he is a dedicated person and he was always willing to help us with any information we needed .

Everything was nice and the owner helped us with any requests we had like providing us with power cord for charging the car without any compensation.

The apartment was small but very well catered for. The kitchen had everything you need for a short break, the beds were very comfortable and it is located in a quiet place. Dimitris is an excellent and attentive host.

Our vacation was wonderful! The apartment was very clean, it is equipped with everything you need. The owner is very kind, helped us with everything we needed and promptly answered all our questions. The apartment is close to taverns, the port and all the beaches. The area is wonderful and the locals are kind! We felt at home!

Beautiful new apartment in a peaceful corner of the city. The yard is spacious and equipped with a very comfy hammock, armchairs, and a table with a large umbrella. Blooming flowers surround it. Perfect for breakfast or lunch, there is a water hose that makes bathing our dog after a swim super easy. The grill in the yard is nice to have, we used to cook our own souvlaki, bought from the butcher just around the corner, and other dishes. You can buy all grilling equipment in the nearby market for a reasonable price if you cant bring it. The apartment is well equipped and regularly cleaned. It is very comfortable. We felt very welcomed, comfortable, and safe, thanks to the amazing host who took very good care of us, including good recommendations. He was fully available and on call for the entire duration of our stay, which was three weeks. It almost felt like visiting a family. The regular cleaning is scheduled according to your needs and wishes, so nobody intrudes at the wrong time. The kitchen has all you could need. There was always warm water in the bathroom. We had complete privacy and nobody went through our yard during our stay. This is just to correct/update some of the previous ratings. ATM, supermarket, butcher, bakery, two small city beaches, and the best restaurant on the island are all within 1 minute's walk from the apartment. The apartment exceeded our expectations in all areas and it is a great value for the price asked.
