We had an amazing stay at the Aiora villas. The villas are located very close to the beach (5 min slow walk) in a quiet place, with a marvelous view to the sea from the terrace (we were at the Navy villa). The rooms are spacious, as well as the terrace (our old dog immediately loved it to take naps in the shadows). Kitchen had all the needed utensil if you would like to prepare food on your own. Aiora team has thought for every single detail to make your stay smooth and carefree - beach bag, anti mosquitos equipenemet (we were pleasently surprised there were no mosquitos in late September), rooms cleaned every day; salt, peper, olive oil, sugar, ground coffee (refilled after we ran out of it), coffee filters, every day a fresh bottle of milk was placed in the fridge...The breakfast, served at the terrace, was fantastic, so even our daughter, who likes to sleep until 11, got up early to enjoy the peaceful meal together with us. Thank you, Aiora, for taking care of us and making our stay so beautiful!

“Heaven on earth”

If you want really to enjoy your vacation, in real Greece, you should visit this villa! Dimitris and his team are something amazing! I am so sorry that I have to leave this small piece of heaven on earth.

“Magical”

Aiora is something different, something magical, it’s medicine for your soul, for your mind.It’s a place filled with calm, cozyness nested in the middle of a beautiful nature.I dont have the words to express how magical our stay was. From the start a had a very good comunication with Dimitri about everything and also during our stay.Our needs during our stay where fulfilled over beyond.We were receiving our breakfast on the terace on the requested hour, the apartment was cleaned (and by cleaning I mean general cleaning) every single day, the bed linens changed every second or third day (dont remember exactly). They have a really beautiful yard with olive and orange trees, a cozy spot with hammocks (every apartment has its own hammock) and pillows that overlooks to the sea and a playground for childrens.If you are traveling with car they also hav a shaded parking place.The most famous beach on the Island, Alikes beach is 2-3minutes walking distance. When whe had to leave, I leaved with tears in my eyes.We will definetly come back and would recomend this accomodation with all of our heart. Thank you Aiora team for everything you offered us.

“Super clean”

We stayed at Cyan villa, we had 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and one livingroom with a sofa that became a bed, also the armchair was extensible. There is air conditioner in every room. The host and the people from here are very friendly. The entire apartment was cleaned everyday, everything was super clean all the time. Breackfast is tasty and they change it daily, so you will not get bored by the same food. They prepare eggs, something sweet, fruit, some cheese, bread, fresh juice, milk, all you need to start your day with good energy. In the yard there is a playground for kids, and an common area to relax, with seaview.

The place is really beautiful. But even more fantastic is the hospitality of Dimitris and his Sister. The place is absolutely well-kept and the food is delicious!

the location was amazing, ideal for families! there are beautiful grounds for the children to play, there are toys for toddlers, swings, a pink pong table, garden sofas etc.. extremely close to one of the most beautiful beaches in the island. Absolutely fabulous breakfast and very friendly hosts! the little houses are new, clean and modern and provide anything you may need for a pleasant stay.

Excellent place! Located in a high part of the island with a wonderful view and away from everything noisy. The villa has a large yard, a place for children and a wonderful place with hammocks to relax. This place is designed for people who are looking for comfort, peace and quiet.

If you travel with dog be aware that upper yard could be covered with dried weeds with leaves like needle, like it was during our stay. Dried weed can penetrate the paw and harm your dog severely. Unfortunately that happened to our dog so we were forced to shorten our stay in Greece and return home immediately.

“Very nice spot for a relaxed family vacation”

The villa is very spacious and the upstairs unit had a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding areas. The family who owns the location was incredibly nice and helpful. They cooked for us some very tasty foods and, since we were there for Easter, they were extremely kind and shared with us their traditions and foods. Breakfast was great and diverse each day and we appreciated the handmade pies and fresh orange juice. Since the beginning of may is apparently outside the touristic season, our hosts were very kind to cook several meals for us and even provide us with a glas grill so we could do a barbecue

We had an excellent stay at AIORA thanks to Dimitris and his family’s efforts. The villas are new, well stocked and exceptionally clean. Breakfasts were fantastic, changed slightly every day and made even better with fabulous views of the Aegean. A great beach is only a three minute walk away.

Aiora villas is quiet yet beautiful b&b that overlooks one of Ammouliani’ greatest beaches - Alykes. The staff is great and at the guest disposal whenever needed. AIORA villa is perfect place to spend your holiday, very close to the most beautiful beach Alykes. The host Dimitris is so friendly and helpful. The apartment is cosy, clean and very comfortable. WiFi is excellent. Amazing breakfast served on your terrace at time you want. Lunch and dinner option to order as well. Food was tasty and very delicious. AIORA Villa is worthy to visit and we will come back next year.
