The staff was great, nice and helpful. The room was in a high floor and it was excellent, however I did not like that the toilet is separated from the shower and the sink is outside the bathroom. the location is great and there is a lot to see and have fun.

“Exceptional Anniversary Celebration at W Amman”

A huge thank you to Raghad and Farah at the front desk for their professional and warm welcome during check-in. We were deeply impressed by the room arrangements; Mr. Othman and Ms. Batool did a fantastic job decorating the room specifically for our Pearl Jubilee. The attention to detail, the initials, and the stunning high-floor view made the occasion feel very special. We also enjoyed our time at Aura Bar. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing evening, and the food was absolutely delicious—the snacks and meals we had were high-quality and very tasty. A special thanks to Mr. Omar for his excellent hospitality and for making our dining experience so pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for the privacy and the great service. We look forward to our next visit..

“Security is a disappointment”

Left valuables in the room, unfortunately with some very precious things personally - our mistake, of course, but still. The team failed to make sufficient efforts to find them or identify any suspects. Security is a total disappointment, surely not up to the standard declared by W. Tourism police was not of any help either. All the rest makes no sense mentioning

The small details like the card left behind like the ‘style’ attendant is super fun, the carpet in the lift that says good morning , the afternoon and then good evening - this attention to details is very nice ⭐️ Everyone at reception are super friendly and kind the people we met working at breakfast are all super friendly too - infact everyone we have met in the hotel , the porters , everyone has a genuine kindness 🙏🏼 at the end of breakfast on our check out day we received a takeaway cup with a cool message from Pinktan and the breakfast team ☕️ We also like the design details throughout the building which have been carried through in details such as carpet design , reflections on glass and other surfaces and colours reflecting the nature of Jordan 🇯🇴 thr bed was comfortable , pillows and the duvet were like fluffy ☁️ the hotel has 288 rooms , yet the intimacy of the design made it feel like a small boutique hotel - everything was well thought out - including music , use of building materials, soft furnishings and dish ware in the restaurant / breakfast. Food was excellent, the selection was awesome and the service was excellent 😃⭐️ o the view was amazing 🤩

We had a fantastic stay at W Hotel. The location was perfect — super convenient and close to everything. The breakfast selection was absolutely amazing with so many delicious options to choose from. What truly made our stay special was the staff. They were genuinely warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. A special thank you to Ami, Desi, and Pinkan from the breakfast team — your energy and service made every morning such a great start to the day. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

My family and I visit Amman regularly every year at least twice and during every visit we have selected W Amman as our hotel. Over the past years، our stay at this hotel has been nice which is why we kept coming back to this hotel. However, during my recent visit, we were not happy with the blond lady with zillions of earrings named (Fertini, Fertullah...etc not sure how to pronounce her name) but she lacked absolutely the slightest levels of manner. She was rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful. My family initially had a business meeting which is why we thought we need to extend our stay but once our work was done early, I told her we would like to cancel our extension and thats when her unprofessional and rude behaviour appeared in the most disrespectful way. We were very much surprised and this incident will certainly make us think twice before we decide to book our stay here again.
