“Great room. Good value me expectations completely what you see in the pictures is what you get.”
The staff is extremely friendly. The communication is great. I'm an English speaker with not much Arabic and they were very very good about communicating, both face-to-face and on WhatsApp. Any concerns I had were dealt with by upper management and they were dealt with quickly with good communication. I'm mistakenly left a night behind in the room and they were very good about making sure that it got back to me.

Beautiful hostel in the heart of Amman, near the most important landmarks of the city, there are also a bunch restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The stuff is super nice, they make their best to make you feel welcome! Yara, the receptionist in the morning shift is extremely helpful, she gave me great recommendations of places to visit and where to eat! Ghaith and Abood are also super helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they offer all the amenities you might need. There is a AC in the room and curtains for privacy. Common area is beautiful with comfortable sofas and a nice spot to enjoy a cup of tea. I loved my time in this hostel, certainly I'll be back!

Loved my girl Yara at the reception! Thank you so much! How welcoming it felt! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They even organized a whole trip down south for me. Would have missed out on that very best part of my journey without them persisting that I can’t skip that. Thanks!!!

“Great stay with the best staff in an excellent location”
This hotel is absolutely amazing but the staff are what really make this hotel! They are so incredibly friendly and helpful, especially after multiple cancelled flights - they really looked after us!! The breakfast each morning was tasty with a great selection, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is in an excellent location to explore Rainbow street and Downtown Amman. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Amman!!

“A Comfortable and Enjoyable Stay at Sydney Hotel”
I had a wonderful stay at Sydney Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amman. The location is fantastic — all the main attractions are nearby, making it very convenient to explore the city without needing long commutes. The hotel itself is not very big, but that’s actually part of its charm. It’s calm, well-organized, and very efficient, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay without feeling crowded or overwhelming. The atmosphere is peaceful, which made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights each morning was the breakfast — it was absolutely delicious with great variety and quality. However, the true standout of this property is the staff. They were incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They assisted me with booking transportation and organizing different tours, making the entire trip smooth and stress-free. Their hospitality truly made a difference in my overall experience. I would definitely stay here again!

There is only one thing that shines above the location, value for money and spacious rooms and that is the hospitality and kindness of the team which run the Sydney Hotel! I had an incredible stay and would highly recommend using the Sydney Hotel as a base to explore the city.
