I would like to take the time to thank all the amazing staff at Lijam Hotel in Amman/Jordan. All the staff were nothing short of amazing. Always carrying a warm smile on their faces, they made us (my mom and myself) feel at home rather than in a hotel. In particular, Mohammad Kirwan (the manager), who never failed to assist with anything and went the extra mile, no matter what. Also, I am sending a big big 'Thank you!' to Ayla and Linda, who were so incredibly helpful and nice.

I would like to sincerely thank the team at Lijam Hotel Amman for a very pleasant stay. The facilities are excellent, and the staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and truly helpful throughout. I was particularly impressed by the immediate attention to every request—everything was handled quickly and professionally. I also greatly appreciated the warm welcome to Jordan and the patience and friendliness shown toward my children. Another highlight was the wonderful swimming pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. In addition, the breakfast was rich and varied, with a great selection and very good quality. The location is convenient with a money exchange, supermarket, pharmacy and some restaurants nearby. The staff are very friendly and are ready to assist with anything from arranging transport to guiding you about the city. The morning breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of local dishes to try as well. Every inch of the hotel was clean with daily room cleaning available. Rooms are as described and comfortable with amazing views and a secure safe to store your items. Would definitely recommend to future travellers.

The reception is excellent and wonderful, very clean, thanks to the staff, especially the employee Linda and also Mohammed.
