The room what quite comfortable, clean. Breakfast was rather small selection but very tasty. The staff was very nice and super helpful. The location of the hotel is next to mall with supermarket.

A good hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff and a clean room. I would especially like to mention the breakfast they prepared for us — it was a full breakfast even though we were leaving early for the airport

“Okay but rude receptionist”
The stay was okay overall, but there were hidden fees that were not shown in the price at the time of booking, which was very disappointing. Additionally, the receptionist during the day was rude and did not know how to communicate properly with guests. He claimed to be the operational manager, and when I asked to get in touch with his manager, he refused. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, as employees represent the facility. While the rest of the staff were polite and professional, I would not consider staying here again as long as such an employee is kept in this position.
