Upon arrival they offered us an upgrade to Beirut 2 Hotel. Both hotels are located 2 minutes from ech other. You really cannot think of staying more centrally in Amman. They have extremelly nice staff, very nice facilities and you are literally a walk away from everywhere. Top floor breakfast restaurat gives you fantastic view that you enjoy having your lovely breakfast. Recommend this place to everyone going to Amman!

The stuff was very nice and friendly. They were happy to help us organizing our trip to Petra and Wadi Rum. The lady who runs the kitchen did the extra mile to prepare early breakfast for us. The arranged private car which drove us around had great drivers and reassured everything is arranged and in time.

The breakfast was nice and the staff at the breakfast are friendly and hospitable. Mohammed also at the reception is very kind and supportive, as well as the brunette man with the black hair on the night shift at the reception!! The location also of the hotel is good. However at night because of the area, it is very noisy. Moreover, the hotel and the rooms are clean.
