We don’t mind older furniture and stuff as long as it’s clean - which it was (except for the hair in the bed linen). Nice breakfast selection.

Set in a lovely rural location. It was a nice 30-minute walk into Lienz. The family were all very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I was in the area. Exceptional value for money.

Had a one night stay here. The host was very friendly. The room was good with a decent sized comfortable bed. Bathroom was also good with a shower. Room had a balcony which over looked the village towards the mountains which was terrific. Arrived by motorcycle and on-site parking was a bonus. The village had a small shop/cafe and also a bus link into town. We enjoyed our walk into Lienz town (20mins) were found the to old town which had plenty of cafes, restaurants,shops and bars. The continental breakfast was plentiful

“A really good place to stay.”

We arrived slightly early by Motorcycle absolutely drenched having ridden in heavy rain for the best part of 7 hrs - the host lady directed us to an enclosed side building to park the motorcycle and unpack which was Great. We only had a 1 night stay but would happily have stayed longer if we weren`t passing through. The room was a fair size and the balcony was hugely appreciated. We were able to dry what needed to be dried with some welcome heating. Breakfast was what we expected which was fine. The Village and location was superb with views of Lienz Dolomites. We walked into the town of Lienz which was a 25 minute direct route.
