Offering luxurious wood cabins with hydromassage baths and LCD TVs, Ohn-Bar Guesthouse is in the vegetarian and vegan village of Moshav Amirim. It has panoramic views of the Galilean hills and Lake Kinneret. This eco-friendly property has long been involved in preserving the environment. It offers great service and good public transport links around Upper Galilee. Ohn-Bar provides free Wi-Fi and a DVD library of over 1500 films. Rooms and suites are spacious and very comfortable, each with a kitchenette and a living room with a CD and DVD player. All feature a balcony or patio and a unique interior design. Daily cleaning and fresh towels are provided for bookings of 4 or more nights. In July and August guests can use the public swimming pool in Amirim for free, 10 minutes' walk away. The Holy City of Safed is 15 minutes away by car.

“Peaceful, calming, restoringב”
What I really liked about the property was the location — it feels tucked away enough to be peaceful, but still really convenient. There’s a calmness to the place that sets in almost immediately. The facilities are great, everything feels cosy and comfortable without trying too hard. The whole vibe is a bit like a mix between Costa Rica’s natural greenery and the relaxed, rustic feel of Tuscany. It’s just a really lovely, easy place to be.

We stayed at the guesthouse for one night during March. The place itself is beautiful and quiet with great view and garden. The cabin was well equipped and the hosts were super responsive and assisted with everything we needed.

nice concept… plenty of towels and spare pillows. Good communication from owners. suitable for 3 adults OR a family with young children. Good position for exploring general area and easy access to Zefat, Tiberias, Rosh Pinna etc

“A beautiful, peaceful, perfect place to be”
The location is incredible. Amirim is so beautiful and full of flowers and butterflies and hills and forests! The room itself was a luxurious little place - a jacuzzi and a balcony too! How spoilt I was! And on top of that all the thoughtful little additions and surprises - sweets and snacks and wine and even bath robes. It was all totally spotless and so quiet! I was there for a writing retreat to concentrate on editing my book and it couldn’t have been more perfect. I wrote both in the beautiful little log cabin at the table and outside using the garden furniture on the balcony in the shade and the sun, overlooking the mountains. I felt so peaceful and at home - and you even messaged me to check everything was ok. Thank you - I’ll definitely be back soon!

No breakfast. The room had all amenitites. Microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, hot water maker, toaster, tv, dvd, jakuzzi. There was a lovely small porch, too with seating.

“Fabulous”
Delightful log cabin with bedroom, sitting room and large balcony with magnificent views over the Galil mountains down to Lake Kinneret. Chocolates on the pillows, nuts, dried fruit, healthy bars and a little bottle of wine for our enjoyment. We're planning to return very soon

“Amazing place with phenomenal views”
The pictures don't do justice to the amazing view. From the balcony of the suite we stayed in, you can se both the sunrise (over the sea of Galilee) and the sunset. Room was very spacious, and the hosts thought of every detail to make the stay pleasant

“Beautiful vacation rental with view to lake kinneret”
The location was great, the view breathtaking. Comfortable cottage with jacuzzi, kitchenette, porche. Shabbat and kosher friendly. There is a great swimming pool in the village. The place is also accessible by public transportation.
