“Amazing hotel with great staff!”

The place was really relaxing, clean and comfortable. There were many activities to do on the property and to explore around the village by car. Also, the people of the hotel were always really welcoming and open to help.

Nice resort with a personal little zoo! The place was clean, with plenty of amenities and a very friendly staff. We had a buffet type dinner there, which was a good value.

It’s a very calm and beautiful place! The indoor pool is amazing, and the outdoor area is great for these kids to run around or for a reading moment.

The facilities, the bungalow, the food, the animals. Everything was great, the staff was very helpful and when you stay in a bungalow you have room service without extra fees which is super handy. The massage was great and super easy to book as well as the restaurant. The zoo area is very fun for kids, they have a lot of animals and a trampoline!

Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Room was small but absolutely spotless. We really enjoyed the large outdoor spaces. Green spaces (trees and flowers) are beautiful and relaxing. Great pool area - one of outside pools is heated which is always a bonus. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. We recommend at least one meal at the restaurant! It is a place that breathes tranquility. Ideal to recharge batteries!

“Perfect place to stay with kids”

The hotel is ideal for a weekend getaway , especially with kids! Just one hour drive from Lisbon. Loved the territory, the facilities for kids: playground, kids room, the Zoo! , the trampoline and tennis area. The staff ia very friendly and the SPA was also great! Cannot wait go return in the summer time when the outdoor pools will be open. Also highly recommend visiting the nearby attraction Mira de Aire Caves, which is a hidden gem and just a 20 min drive from the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel is spotless – the rooms, common areas, and facilities are all impeccably clean, which made my stay even more comfortable.

“Lovely stay with gorgeous outside spaces”

The bungalows were lovely and spacious! Beds were comfortable and the big spa bath was great. My little one loved the spa indoor pool although it did get a little busy. Carnival buffet dinner was amazing and great value. Animal area is sweet although they did look rather miserable. Would’ve love the chance to feed them with my little one but didn’t seem to have that option.
