I did not know there were no elevators- called ahead having booked with Booking.com as the description of the property did not address this need. They gave me a first floor room

Location is with several other hotels but not convenient to walk to restaurant….area is restaurant shy. I support the apparent very friendly family who are owners. I would stay in the hotel again…thought the indoor pool was a huge draw although I didn’t use it. No hairdryer in the room was a bummer and the room window faced the back of the property which made me a little nervous, I finally figured out how to latch/lock the window although the latch was bent so might not do any good. Reasonably quiet. Breakfast area and offerings were good. Very hot the day I arrived and the lobby/breakfast area was very, very warm. Air conditioner in the room was excellent!

Management went above and beyond ! The pool and whirlpool area was Impeccable ! The location was great with choices for every appetite.

The price was good. We did use the hot tub, which was nice. The breakfast was okay. It was a fairly slim selection compared to what we have had at other hotels, but it served the purpose.

Breakfast wasn’t very stocked, muffins etc and ending at 9 am is way too early. 10 is normal at most places

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was fine. There was a worker there named Teresa. She went above and beyond to make my stay great. I forgot my phone charger, toothbrush, and toothpaste. She found all of those items for me. This woman was so kind and also made others feel welcome while I ate breakfast. She deserves a huge raise! We will definitely be back.

The hotel was in a good location. They had ample parking. There was places inside and outside to gather with others.

The location was good, close to campus. The staff were friendly and the morning staff person was especially helpful.

We liked the personnel, very friendly. When we were leaving they asked if we liked staying with them, thanked us with a wide smile. The breakfast was good

The coffee was weak and the breakfast selection was very limited. The common area was very warm. Window in balcony overlooking the pool was very dirty. Sitting area in balcony was dusty and unappealing. Other guests were napping in the common area. The towels were incredibly dingy, small, thin and not at all soft! Room did not feel “fresh” at all. Bed coverings did not match. Mattresses were soft and very uncomfortable.
