Overview
Good sea and valley views, and close to the ocean in a marine conservation habitat. 1. We are centrally located on Kangaroo island to base your stay and tour the whole Island from. 2. Sited in a bush setting with nature around us and on the edge of a tiny township that provides services to walk to for meals and entertainment. 3. The apartments are fully self-contained with own kitchen with oven, stovetop, refrigerator and microwave. There is a private bathroom, dining and living room with a flat screen TV. 4. Guests can enjoy a BBQ on the outside deck, while taking in the water views over Eastern Cove. Free WiFi and free private parking are provided.

Clear and friendly communication ahead of arrival. Clean and tidy accommodation - pet friendly. Amazing views of American River bay. The perfect place to stay for a small family - if you're looking for something a bit quieter and more relaxing than Kingscote or Peneshaw.

“Enjoyable short break, central to tourist experiences we visited.”
The unit was equipped with everything needed. Spacious for 4 people. Location was good & enjoyed the birdlife. Watching the glossy black cockatoos was special.

We had a very pleasant stay! The host was incredibly warm and helpful — he gave us detailed advice about all the attractions and local tips on the island. He also reminded us that dogs are not allowed in some scenic areas and even provided a contact number for a pet carer. When the carer wasn’t available, he kindly offered to look after our dog himself while we went sightseeing, which made us feel completely at ease.

We stayed in apartment 1. The location worked well for us and there were two great restaurants within walking distance. We were able to check in early and this was really appreciated. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable and the bedding of good quality.

“Amazing experience”
Fantastic location surrounded by birds and other wildlife, spectacular views and a very comfortable and well-equipped appartment. If you are looking for a base to explore Kangaroo Island, this is the perfect spot. Lots of space and great host.
