“Beautifully relaxing and convenient getaway”

The grounds are beautiful and our 3-bedroom bungalow felt authentic, quirky and had beautiful bathrooms. The staff were great and super friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice, and the location was quite convenient with several shops and restaurants on your doorstep, and the main part of Amed not far to walk to either (we had to go along the beach as the footpath past the temple was closed for ceremonial purposes, but I think it's a quicker route).

I loved the authentic Balinese timber buildings we were housed in. The host has gone to some trouble to preserve them and their stories. A welcome change from the cold concrete comfort. Beautiful gardens too.

The villa was beautiful - set in a lovely, private garden, very quiet and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. After a long day of travelling to get there is was particularly nice to be greeted with welcome drinks and snacks and to have food delivered from a local warung to the villa. There are some great food places nearby - we particularly liked Om Krishna - just a couple of minutes walk away (some of the best food we had during our entire stay in Indonesia).

We spent 2 days with our 3 children in villa melasti and enjoyed the ambience of the old java houses arranged around the refreshing pool. especially the two big ones are very original. The immediate surroundings are quiet and rural, the accommodation very clean and well maintained, very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely get up early and try to see the sunrise at the black beach with the local. The vibes are amazing. It's just a short walk from the hotel. Very accommodating host. Great welcome drinks. The absolute best thing was the massages by the pool the host organized for us!

The staff was exceptional, there wasn't a problem with preparing for us breakfast to go before the official breakfast time. Everyone was very nice too. The food was good as well. They also removed cockroach and mouse from our place upon the request. Location is great, super close to the beach.

The staff was the best, very kind and attentive. Our hut was lovely with a wardrobe and a fridge and a comfy bed.

The villa is very nice, spacious and comfortable. Service is on top thanks to the owner Putu and breakfast delicious! You can go whenever you want to the pool and relax as much as you want when staying there. The decorations were quite nice and on point with the wooden touches. The villa is located barely at 5min walking from the beach, you can go easily see the sunrise at the morning. I went there because a colleague recommend it to me and it was a total win!

Staff were extremely welcoming and spoke very good English. 3min walk from the awesome black beach, good restaurants down the road, Mount Agung nearby. The breakfast never ever disappointed, very tasty and made perfectly, not over nor under cooked. Pool was very clean. The staff and manager jumped to anything we needed, driver, doctors appointment and any concerns. Beautiful scenery around and very peaceful due to the remoteness of Amed. Our favourite stay so far away from the business. Would definitely recommend.
