“Absolute relaxation in a great place to stay”

Everything is absolutely amazing, the view, the pool, direct access to a snorkeling spot … but the real star is sari and her family who are super helpful and very welcoming. Would come back just for the fluffy pancakes in the morning! 10/10

Amazing huge house with incredible view and swimming pool! Our host was there to cook whenever we needed. Great cook, super convient even if sometime felt under slight pressure.

“Fabulous villa with great pool and sea views”

I went with my son and family. The villa was more than adequate for us and would be ideal for a couple of families. The pool was great and well maintained, we enjoyed swimming many times a day. Sari, Ketuh and the owner were very helpful and available when needed., they organised meals, transport and massages and Sari cooked for us yummy. The views are great and we enjoyed having breakfast watching the fisherman come in with their morning catches.

Sari the host was fantastic! She met us on arrival showed us the property and was always just a message away to help us organize massage and any questions. The villa offers the option for sari to come make breakfast and do. Wes for a small extra charge. They can arrange massage at the villa also. The villa is huge!!! Exceeding my expectations on size it’s more than comfortable for 8 people.

“The Best place I have been so far…”

Villa Batu Tangga is an absolute extra ordinary place. We spent 3 nights there and loved it. Sari the house keeper took care of us with a great a la card breakfast and dinner. Because of the nice house and the incredible view we did this 2 of 3 nights. There are some options for food around which also are great. Amed is the perfect spot for snorkeling and diving. There are a lot of options around Villa Batu Tangga.

Great villa, awesome view and location. A bit away from the hustle and bustle but still a few warungs / restaurants nearby to walk to. The water just down the steps was clear and great snorkelling, we did a drift dive ending at the japanese shipwreck with kids, excellent. As good as the snorkeling at jemuluk etc. Easy logistics/ communication and Sari’s food great and helpful with anything you need. We were 2 families with rental cars so easy to get around to other spots, would need some transport.

Tasty breakfasts by villa employees, Trattoria restaurant which delivers to villa was extremely good. Pool is huge and general pool / gardens pretty secluded, lovely view over the sea and sunrises which also give a nice cooling breeze.

The views were spectacular. Sari and the staff were so accommodating and Sari’s breakfast and dinners were beautiful. Such a tranquil spot - can’t wait to come back

“A wonderful vacation!”

The villa impressed us with its size! Stunning ocean views, a very spacious area, perfect for both small and large groups. It is slightly away from the center of Amed, but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Although the villa itself does not have direct access to the ocean, the owners provide a great opportunity to reach the ocean through a neighboring resort, where you can relax and enjoy snorkeling. A special thank you to Sari and Omi, who took care of the villa and us throughout our stay. Sari always prepared delicious meals for us at the villa, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Omi was always there to help with anything we needed. We truly regret not staying longer at this villa! Without a doubt, we will come back again!

HUGE property and spaces with exceptional ocean views. Many breakout spaces for larger groups with the property sleeping up to 10. Amazing large pool that overlooks the ocean and hospitable service from Sari who lives across the road and assists with any inquiries or activity organisation that you wish to do. Nice, quiet strip with good eateries close by. We went in December, the rainy season, but still managed to get out and about. Would recommend for larger groups or families that wish to stay in their own slice of paradise. Immaculate gardens and well kept property.

“Beautiful villa with breathtaking views!”

We loved our stay at the villa and would come back any time. The views are breathtaking! The villa is massive and great for bigger groups. We loved spending time in the pool or the open living room upstairs and watching the fishing boats come back to shore in the morning. There are stairs going from the garden down to the ocean but it's not ideal for swimming/snorkeling due to rocks and currents – just go to one of the nearby beaches instead! There are lots of restaurants, shops and beaches nearby.

The best of everything . Sari and all the staff are amazing and the house and location are so beautiful. .
