Really nice view of Mount Agung

Hands down my favourite place to stay when I come to Bali. So peaceful and relaxing, the owner and his family are so kind and helpful. Amazing location right on the beach, snorkelling from your front step. Will definitely be back again.

“Lovely homestay with lovely family”

Very friendly, hospitable family. Amazing location right on the beach. Snorkelling just south of fishing boats (~50m) and we saw lots of fish, turtles and a small stingray. The homestay rents snorkel and mask for a reasonable fee. The breakfast offered 3 meal choices with a small amount of fruit and also included coffee, tea and a lovely fruit drink. Bobo warung within 100m along beach for lunch and dinner.

We had a truly spectacular experience at Tudes. Everything you might expect was excellent: the check-in, breakfast, location, and the room. What was beyond our expectations was how much we loved the family! We played volleyball with Putu (the son’s owner) and the local kids, as well as have jam (musical) sessions together. The owner took us out snorkelling, fishing, and on a tour to Tirta Gangaa. They even invited us to their family full moon celebration and shared their homemade food. We have never experienced such hospitality. The original plan was to stay for two days in Amed, but this family compelled us to stay an entire week. They are such genuine people, so full of kindness and love! We wish them the best, and we would highly recommend spending time at Tudes for an amazing experience.

The accomodation is basic but the bed & pillows are amazingly comfy. Our room had everything you needed - air con, fridge, shelves & hanging space, mosquito net, unlimited tea, coffee & water ( we bought our own milk). Breakfast was included and very nice. You can see the beach from your room & many restaurants, warungs, shops, supermarket, spa, etc, a short walk away. Family/workers are very friendly & extremely helpful. The snorkelling was amazing along the beach. We went fishing at 5.15am with the owner. It was such a nice experience however we only caught mackerel but seeing the beautiful landscape was incredible such as Amed shoreline & surrounding hills, Mt Ugung & the sunrise. We were actually upgraded on our 3rd night as someone had cancelled & the bathroom was magnificent & the room bigger with bigger balcony ( ground floor)

We loved our stay at Tudes. The owner family is really welcoming and you have an amazing view directly in front of the ocean from your room. Breakfast is really good 😊 I will miss this place and I hope to come back soon! Thank you Kadek, Iputu anche the rest of the family!

The location was excellent right on the beach walking distance to the warungs and the breakfast was awesome.

As soon as I got here I felt at home. I extended my stay 2 times and ended up staying for almost 2 weeks. Kadek and his children are so welcoming, generous and lovely. They really want you to have a nice time and will help you with anything you need. The breakfast was wonderful, you are right on the beach, Amed is the best. I love it here so much and miss it already.

The place and the family are amazing

Good location for snorkelling. The best fish and turtle variaty . Beach is rocky and sand is black . Very nice bar with live music near by. Room is ok for 2-3 days. Stuff is great. There was no shampoo and shower was kind of strange, but ok .

It’s an awesome place with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and the diving school. There are so many corals and fish to see. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Kadac and his beautiful family let me check in early and I was greeted with a refreshing drink and a great chat.. perfect location.. peaceful and anything you need kadac can help you..I went fishing one morning for sunrise we had BBQ that evening with family his son on guitar 🎸 best experience IV had since iv arrived in Bali 3 week's ago... blessed 🥰

“You found your stay in Amed”

Tudes Homestay was the gem in our Bali Stay. As soon as we arrived we already regretted not leaving earlier. Everyrhing you may need for Amed is here. An amazing room with balcony and view of the sea and mt agung. No need to look further for your accomodation! A nice garden in front of the beach, snorkeling equipment, so many fishes (Pyramids snorkeling spot right in front of the house), showers outside. Amazing host, Kadek, was one of the best person we met on our trip, took us straight to our best snorkeling trip of our life, and went out of his way to help us, give tipps and even make beautiful videos and pics of us. My boyfriend also went on a fishing trip with him and can 100% recommend. Not only he's a great company but afterwards cooked the fishes he caught and the food was amazingly tasty. He helped us with rides and tips about the area and was always readily available. We really regret not staying longer and everytime we walked Amed we had a heavy heart by seeing his homestay. Beautiful large room with a stunning sea view where you could walk to the sea on your doorstep. Staff were very welcoming and spoke great English. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous. I loved I could see the sea from my bed. 😊

The breakfast omelete and juices

We loved everything! The location was perfect. You walk from your room and just straight into the ocean. The staff were so lovely and friendly! The rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was yummy! We love Amed and when we come back again we will stay at Tudes homestay again for sure!

The accommodation and service were excellent. We had a sea-view room just a few steps from the water. Breakfast was outstanding, and you can enjoy it right on your terrace. Snorkeling equipment is available for rent at the property. There’s a wonderful view of Mount Agung. From the main road, where the hotel’s name is displayed on a sign, you walk down a small alley to the beach, and just a few steps away you’ll find the place. On the main street, there are plenty of dining options.
