“Quaint and great location”

Small complex that had all I needed for a 2 night stay. Keeping in mind this is 1 star accommodation so don’t expect luxury. I was supplied with soap and toilet paper. Kitchen is available if needed. Many great places to eat within easy walking distance. Yes there are roosters close by and families going about their daily lives. If this isn’t your thing then Mango 5 may not be for you. I was very comfortable there and would return for a longer stay

“Good Location”

Location was perfect for Amed and beach. Hotel is a little oasis with swimming pool perfect for relaxing. Used shared kitchen everything there to cook a meal. Would recommend but skip breakfast

This complex is friendly, and nice. The bathroom had a tub as well as shower, and in the common are there is a small kitchen that you van use also.

A comfortable oasis. Although the setting was not the best once in the door of the property it was lovely. The bedroom was very attractive. The daughter who ran the property was very helpful.

“Not terrible but not good”

We read good reviews for this place but it didn’t end up meeting expectations. The staff were friendly and there’s an amazing cafe, Rimba, and good bars on the road by it. Had kettle and fridge in room and a small kitchen you could use but it wasn’t very well maintained or clean. When I asked for a new pillow they did supply one and were very nice about it.

“Beautiful hotel in Amed”

Beautiful little hotel just off the Main Street in Amed - no signs but if you head to Rimba Cafe, it’s just down the dirt road. Room was spacious and clean with lovely decor. We made use of the loungers and the pool during our stay too. The family who run this hotel are so friendly and welcoming - they took great care of us, even arranging for their son to taxi us to the port for our onward travel. Overall, it was the perfect base for us in Amed - we would definitely recommend!

Fantastic stay. Staff brilliant (Michelda). Lovely hotel and lovely room. I asked Michelda about the broken kettle and she immediately bought a new one. Great location for Amed.

Good rooms great location

The location of Mango 5 is the best in Amed. Tucked away off the Main Street, behind one of the best cafes in the area. The staff/family are so kind and very helpful. I will stay here again when I come back to Amed. Highly recommend!

Great location, almost opposite an alley way leading straight to the beach. Really tastefully designed buildings and interior furnishing. Lovely spacious interior, very comfy bed, lovely decor and nice that the whole complex is only 5 rooms. Gorgeous swimming pool!

Excellent pool; clean. Walled in compound-like, with 4 rooms, so privacy good. Small kitchen & table by pool. Would definitely stay again.

Wayan and his family are fantastic, and the little hotel is beautiful. Located in a quiet street tucked away from noise, but only 50m from the main area of amed. Closely situated near fantastic cafe and restraunts. I highly recommend the property. We were welcomed and look forward to returning.

Location is great! Quiet yet in the middle of the city and walking distance from the beach. Rooms are very spacious.

“Nice place”

The lady was very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was good with air-conditioning and hot shower and a fridge. The bed was comfortable, plus a wardroom / cupboard to store your stuff. Small pool and chairs and table outside accommodation. Close to shops and restaurants would definitely stay there again

This hotel is in a really good location close to the main street with cafes and restaurants. It was good for the price, the pool was small but very nice.
