“Fantastic”
We had an amazing 3 nights stay in Lipah Beach Private Villas with great hosts. The villa is very clean and spacious with all the facilities you’d expect for a villa including a lovely pool to cool off when it gets a little bit hot. There is supermarket 1 minute away and access to the beech is very easy from the villa. There is also a lot of restaurant options within walking distance that were all great also.

“Great villa in very quiet and beautiful area of the island - ideal for relax and snorkeling”
Very friendly and helpful owner - helped us with everything we needed and might have wanted. The beach is just a 3-minute walk from the villa, and it is definitely the best we have experienced on the island - by far. On the left and right are coral reefs, and in the middle is a superb spot to look for turtles and rays. Great place to relax and the highlight of our trip.

Clean, modern villa that's a great base for snorkelling, diving, and exploring the NE corner of Bali. Several grocery stores and beachside warungs and restaurants within a short walk. Modestly appointed kitchen (range, toaster, basic cookware) and filtered water dispenser (cold and hot) in the villa.

“Excellent!”
A pretty new 2 bedroom house ideally located, 2 min walking from Lipah Beach, one of the best snorkelling spots in Bali. The house is big and offers everything you would need for your stay (even though maybe a kettle would be a plus). The breakfast they serve in your kitchen is very good, especially the omelet. For info, there are 2 houses but only one with a pool. The manager informed us that they will build a pool for the second villa very soon.

We had a garden villa, it was very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Breakfast was great. The family running it is very welcoming and takes good care of you.

“Possibly the friendliest hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with.”
Fantastic breakfast and very friendly hosts, the rooms were exceptionally clean and the location was optimal as it’s very close to a supermarket. This is an extremely ideal place to stay if you are going to Amed White Sand Divers (Which I’d also recommend) as it is just a 3 minute walk down the road.
