The hotel is well located, just a short walk from the beach and snorkeling area. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and there was also a nice swimming pool. The area is convenient for exploring Amed and enjoying the sea. I especially liked the beach and the beautiful sound of the waves in the evening. The staff were very helpful whenever I needed information. Overall, a good option for travelers who want easy access to the beach and snorkeling spots.

Beautiful and tranquil setting. Perfectly located for snorkelling with the sea turtles and fish on the coral reef. Lots of great places nearby for food. Great included breakfast daily. Friendly staff. Loved the dogs!

“We didn’t stay and moved to a nearby hotel.”

We turned up and discovered that the sleeping situation for our children (10 and 7) was not appropriate. They had to a climb a steep staircase / ladder to get to the tiny mezzanine (not even tall enough to stand). The temperature up there was 34 degrees even with the AC and fan running. The offered us a single mattress to put downstairs but there was only just room for one! In the end we did not stay a night (booked for two) and the owners were very nice and refunded all the money. All this is shown on the listing, to be fair, but it wasn’t until we saw it that we realised how small, hot, and unsafe it was for the children. The ladder staircase was narrow and had no handrail, and the children had wanted to go to the loo in the night, this would have been very tricky.

Very kind staff, smart layout of bungalows and common area. Pool for kids and shade for parents was great.

Beautiful tropical garden, they passionately keeping the garden cleaned and well maintained. Really enjoy the time at the swimming pool too with my kid, very friendly for kids.

“BEST VILLA”

Best Villa in Amed to stay up to 3-4 people for a very reasonable price. Very well maintained and the host is very nice, including 2 little doggos that are so lovely. The pool is big, the breakfast was tasty and the staff are very nice and helpful. The only downside is the bathroom, they can easily fix it with small maintenance.

Beautiful garden, amazing pool ! The room was nice. Bathroom is outside (really nice but could be annoying with the insects). Breakfast was good. We asked the staff if they could make us a “late breakfast” because we had a night activity, we came back just after the “breakfast time” and they did! They have snorkeling stuff if you need it, they also plan taxi for you. Nearby good restaurants.

Super close to the best snorkelling in Amed, great warungs, spa, and a little shop all just a few steps away. Couldn’t ask for a better location for a few days of relaxation and snorkeling. The accommodation was basic but clean, and suited our needs well. The pool is lovely and clean, breakfast was simple but delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing everything we needed during our stay. They helped with snorkelling gear, and an affordable transfer to our next destination. Le Jardin was amazing value for money, and the best part was the very short walk across the road to Lipah beach. We snorkelled right off the sand at both low and high tide. The sheer volume of fish, and the number of different varieties stunned us. There is so much coral and marine life here. We even spotted turtles both days we went out right off the beach - no need to take a boat offshore! We will definitely be back to this little piece of paradise.

“A lovely place to stay at in Lipah”

Wonderful place to stay at in Lipah. Just two minute walk to the beach with fantastic snorkeling, we even saw a turtle! Tini and Wayan, the staff, are amazing people. They helped us and took care of us when our son got a stomach infection and drove us to a nearby medical clinic, which were really good. They also provided a laundry service and made some delicious breakfast. We would definitely book this place again if we come back to Bali.
