“Bedbugs in the room”

We were concerned as soon as we entered the room because there was a strong smell of insect spray throughout. We initially assumed it had been used to deal with mosquitoes, but unfortunately that was not the case. During the night, my boyfriend suffered an extreme number of bites and later discovered the room had a bedbug problem. We have never been bitten so badly. It completely ruined our stay and caused significant discomfort. I would not recommend staying here until the infestation has been properly addressed.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, lovely infinity pool, rooms are well serviced and all have balconies with views onto the ocean. (Get spectacular sunrises). Breakfast at the hotel is delicious and enough choices to keep most people happy. Snorkelling from the beach is great and the Japanese ship wreck is just a short walk round the corner. Ibus Sea View Warung next to the hotel is an excellent choice for dinner.

“A wonderful place to stay on the southern part of Amed”

This a wonderful small hotel with large rooms. Right on the beach you can snorkel straight out to see coral and colourful tropical fish, and just walk up the beach and swim to the nearby Japanese Wreck site. The pools are gorgeous and the beach bar is lovely, with shady spots to sit. The staff were so very helpful and cheery.

All rooms have excellent sea views. Our family room has two large double beds and two bathrooms . Family size fridge and excellent aircon. Plenty of choices for breakfast included . Last but not least , snorkel straight off the beachfront !!!

Great location and staff. We chose to be out of the main area of Amed beach. It was nice to be able to swim out front. We also enjoyed the pool area. The breakfast was good with flexible choices and times. The room wasn’t fancy but clean and comfortable and it was so nice to watch the sunrise from the comfort of our balcony/room. Easy to access from the road and has ample parking.

The staff were super friendly and accomodating. It is very close to the beach and a good snorkelling spot. The pool at the resort is a good size and split across two levels. The breakfast was nice and we requested to have it in our room. Great views from the balcony out over the ocean.

The hotel is beautiful and the view is absolutely stunning. The room offers an exceptional sea view, and the bedding is extremely comfortable, which made my stay very pleasant. The room is also very well equipped with everything you need. The staff is very kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Putu for her kindness and availability — she truly made a difference. There are two restaurants nearby: a Warung and a small trattoria. Both can deliver lunch and dinner directly to the hotel, and you can also enjoy dining at their restaurants. The beach is great and you can swim without any problem. However, it’s recommended to bring water shoes to protect your feet. If you plan to visit the city center or explore the area, having a scooter is highly recommended. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely small hotel, set up on a hill with wonderful views of the ocean. The sandy beach makes accessing the ocean much easier to enjoy the wonderful snorkelling that is available right in front of the hotel. All rooms have a balcony with ocean views, are kept immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and well furnished. The staff are all fantastic. Very friendly, helpful and genuine care that you enjoy your stay.

The service was great, and the staff were very accommodating. When I needed the bathroom refreshed, it was taken care of right away. The staff arranged a snorkeling trip for me, which was a highlight, and recommended a nearby restaurant within a two-minute walk, which was absolutely perfect. The property is right on the beachfront; just a few steps down and you’re in the sea. Highly recommend! I look forward to returning.
