“A great budget friendly beachfront holiday!”

The nice sandy beachfront location is ideal with great snorkelling right out the front. Definitely the nicest beach of Amed. The gardens & surrounds are well maintained, rooms are clean, quiet & comfortable & the pool offered good shaded areas. The breakfast was basic but more than adequate, although sadly the buffet options were often needing to be asked to be replenished.

We felt welcomed by the owner, managers and staff just beautiful friendly people. Fabulous location on Lipah Beach with snorkelling with tropical creatures including sea turtles straight from the beach! Beautiful clean deep pool, luscious gardens meticulously kept. Great breakfast included. Restaurant food some of the best we had during our Amed stay. Suksma 🙏

My knew favourite place in Bali .Snorkelling with turtles right off the beach outfront .The restaurant is exceptional as well as the staff.The rooms are clean and in excellent condition for a oldish hotel. The hotel grounds and pool area are amazing. I will definitely be back.

I like that in front of the hotel there are nice corals. The pool is also very modern. The chef at the restaurant is very good. I love the food at the restaurant. Also near the hotel, there's Devara Spa which is pretty nice. It's also close to a lot of dive spots so it's nice.

Only the beachfront location

Simple, friendly local resort right on a great snorkelling beach. Walk across the sand into water full of fish, coral, turtles and rays. Restaurant has delicious food all day. Very restful easy few days. Local fishermen will take you around a few coves to snorkel the Japanese WWII shipwreck which is covered in beautiful coral.

Karma Loka is south of the Amed beach area and quieter. The property is right on the beach and the lovely, open restaurant overlooks the beach. The villas are private from each other, roomy and comfortable. The bed is *huge! The AC is great and kept the room very comfortable at all times, while there is a little porch with chairs and table out the front. The bathroom works well except that it’s hard to get hot water - but we found this to be the same everywhere we stayed in Indonesia. The staff are very friendly, polite and super-helpful at all times. There is a one-day laundry service that is cheap, handy and leaves your clothes smelling sweet. I *thoroughly recommend the restaurant - the included breakfast was lovely and plentiful, while other meals were delicious and reasonably priced (we ate mainly Balinese/Indonesian style). I recommend this property.
