The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. You could Snorkel directly off the beach. I saw a turtle.

Absolutely everything. The staff are exceptional. The bungalows were pristine. We wanted for nothing. The restaurant was perfectly placed, and the food was delicious. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Looking forward to returning.

“Great restaurant, but outdated villas and severe pollution at Lipah Beach”

A big compliment to the hotel’s restaurant. The breakfast is simple but very good and varied, with plenty of fresh fruit as well as local specialties. We also chose to eat at the restaurant every evening. I honestly can’t understand some of the reviews I’ve read. There was more than enough choice on the menu. We dined there for five evenings and there were still many dishes I would have liked to try. The portion sizes are good, and overall I was very satisfied with both the quality of the food and the value for money.

The Staff and beach people were all amazing. The restaurant went above and beyond to cater for us. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return.

“Not recommended”

During our visit we were hit by very heavy rain. Essentially the hotel is located right on the water and within 25 meters of your cabin you swim on top of corals. The pool and grounds are fairly well kept but old.

We spent three weeks at Coral View Villas and it was truly lovely. The only downside was the food, especially the breakfast, which could have been more varied. Three weeks of white bread and the same jam isn't ideal. But these are minor issues; we'll definitely be back.

The staff were helpful and there was a young man who was a trainee who was very helpful organising a driver for me. The location was good, on the beach and food at the restaurant was quite tasty

We stayed for a week in one of the 2 story villas that overlooked the beach. You could hear the waves crashing at night. You could snorkel right off the beach. Some of the best coral and fish I’ve ever seen. Also saw turtles. Restaurant was good. Staff were really friendly nothing was too much trouble. We read reviews about the mosquitos being a problem but with the nets we didn’t find it an issue.
