“Perfect Accommodation for NE Bali at great value”

Perfect location for our trip to NE Bali Wonderful room with attentive staff, good food on the restaurant and excellent snorkelling straight off the beach The accommodation organised Andi the taxi driver to pick us up from the airport and he was brilliant and helped us with our sightseeing around the area Boat hire just along the beach with Frankie to take you to the Japanese shipwreck, Coral Garden and Jamalok beach for fantastic snorkelling Would highly recommend this accommodation which represents great value for money

I had an amazing stay here and ended up extending my stay because I felt so comfortable. The staff and manager are incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. They really try to make everything possible for their guests and are always happy to help arrange transportation, the free shuttle service to Amed, or other plans around the area. Everything feels very easy and uncomplicated. The location is beautiful and peaceful, directly at Lipah Beach — one of the most beautiful beaches in the Amed area, in my opinion. There is also a great snorkeling spot right in front of the hotel, so you can simply walk into the sea without needing to go anywhere else. If you are lucky, you may even see turtles in the water, which makes the experience even more special. Although the hotel is in a quiet and relaxing location, the free shuttle makes it easy and flexible to visit Amed as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the whole place has a warm, relaxed and homely atmosphere. I can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly, peaceful and nature-connected stay in the Amed area.

The staff are amongst the best. The location is superb. It is just very run down , little maintence on rooms, safes, aircon units , bath rooms, the reception. Tiling, plumbing, paint. It just looks like they are running it down to increase profit.

The breakfast was very good. The staff are helpful and very pleasant. The view from the restaurant of the beach was amazing. Over all one of the nicest places to stay. Very difficult to leave this accommodation

Loved the proximity to beach front. Good breakfast. Staff super friendly and helpful . Gardens and pathways well maintained. They have a transport into Amed. Easy walk to other restaurants in Lipah.

The property is right on the beach and it just has a nice feel to it. We enjoyed watching the fishing boats come and watching a few local children playing on the beach after school. There was no need to go out for meals as the menu was extensive.
