Good value for money. Helpful staff. Next to the beach. Wifi is good. All the basic facilities you need. Comfy beds. Nice mini pool. You are provided with drinking water. Good for someone who likes peace and quiet. The villas are very good.

It was a few meters from the beach, The rooms we're beautiful and the private pool and view of the sea was amazing. Really great places to snorkeling too. Just a few meters into the see you can see plenty of fish.

“Fantastic!”

We loved our stay at Ayunan Beach Villas! The quality of the villas is next level from solid, handmade wood furnishings to full sized fridges, ice cold aircon, lovely decor, great showers and sparkling pools… and that amazing view! Our group had 4 villas and we found this to be a great arrangement with some privacy for those who wanted it and also good sized terraces for enjoying sundowners or takeouts as a group. There were enough restaurant options close by, our favourite was Aquaterrace only a few steps away up some stairs. It was so convenient especially at breakfast time. We loved the easy and safe snorkelling off the beach and watching the fishermens’ activities in front of the villas. The staff was fabulous! They were friendly, polite and professional and checked daily if we wanted our rooms cleaned. Well done, team Ayunan! We will definitely be back!

“Beautiful villa and location if you want to stay on the beach and go snorkelling”

The location is great if you like the seafront and want to listen to the waves, and swim /snorkel right in front of your villa. The pool and the bedrooms are also very nice, and overall new. Easy to catch snorkelling trips directly from the beach.

“Modern and clean beach villas with everything you could wish for”

Excellent villas, each with its own pool, kitchen, minibar just next to a beach. Modern, clean, two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom. Would recommend to rent a scooter, if you want to get around. Grab was a bit tricky to get, especially in the morning.

The villas are almost new, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location right by the sea is beautiful and snorkeling in front of the property is very good. Prices for food and drinks are fair and not overpriced. Overall the place has strong potential and a very nice design.

Location on Selang beach is excellent for snorkeling. The rooms and pool were new. Good self contained villa for 4.

Breakfast was not included. Place was clean quiet and mostly private. Snorkeling in the area right in front of the villa was good. What you get for the price is extremely fair and good quality

Amazing view of the ocean. Clean, new rooms with comfortable beds. Aircon worked well. Pool was lovely for swimming at any time. Was great getting food delivered to the villa. Could watch the locals come in with their fishing boats in the morning.

We loved everything about Ayunan Beach Villa!!! The view, service, staff, comfortable beds, location. And when we needed to address any issue it was solved very fast to a perfection. No place is 100% perfect for everyone, but it’s people, who help and assist you, who make your experience perfect. And that is what you get in Ayunan. It’s not busy location like central Amed and that was exactly what we needed. Even if you don’t ride scooter, there are many great restaurants in walking distance (for example Green Melon - must visit). You have also food delivery to the villa, great laundry service, nothing is a problem. 3 min walk from villa is little nice spa I can recommend. When we are back in Bali, will definitely stay in Ayunan again.
