“Just beautiful”

My stay at Alur Beach Homestay was exactly what I needed. Each evening ended with sunset yoga by the sea, moving and breathing to the sound of the waves as the sky turned shades of gold, pink, and orange. It was pure magic. The atmosphere here is peaceful and grounding a place where it is easy to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy the beauty of Amed. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, fresh, generous, and prepared with care. Every morning felt like a treat. What makes this place truly special is the family. They are incredibly kind, sweet, and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel completely at home. Thank you for your warm hospitality and for creating such a beautiful place to stay. 🙏🌺❤️

One of the best stays in our travel. For sure the best breakfast. We were not directly on the beach and we think it was even better because this gave us some privacy. The room was big as well as the bathroom and the terrace. The owners are super sweet and helpful. Can't recommend it enough

“Great location right on the beach and wonderful hosts”

Great location right on the beach in the middle of Amed beach. So many nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Very peaceful stay

Wiyan,the manager, was a great host. Location right on the beach and close to restaurants. Breakfast was good.

Very cozy guest room right on the Amed beach with fantastic view on Agung! Wayan, the host, is very nice and careful! She cookes fantastic breakfasts and dinners! Her husband can help with organizing snorkeling. We are very grateful to Wayan and her family for making our stay in Amed happy, interesting, and unforgettable! Do hope to return back to Amed and to Wayan!

Everything was perfect: the location with the room on the beach and lots of excellent warungs in the close vicinity, the room was super comfy and had beautiful terrace to chill on, and the family was so welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was also delicious, with fresh fruits and an amazing banana pancake. I loved it so much that I decided to stay a few days longer. Thank you so much Wyan, I hope to see you again!

“Homestay with kind locals”

Right on the beach, lovely breakfast and kind hosts. You can get a snorkelling tour with one of the hosts in his fishing boat - highly recommend! Saw turtles, eel, reef shark and so many fish!

The view of the room was stunning. Also, the staff were very kind and make the best banana’s pancakes ever !

We had the back unit.. not right on the beach but more private and couple meters to the fabulous snorkelling .

I had the back room, so had a bit more privacy. It was right on the beach so perfect for snorkeling right next to turtle point. The breakfast was amazing, best banana pancake, omelette, fresh fruit juice and a fruit platter, either outside your room or on the beach. It was easy to rent fins for snorkeling.

“House on the beach”

You can't imagine how close you are to the sea! snorkeling with turtles, tropical fish & a beautiful coral reef straight out the front. The homestay has everything you need, I found it very comfortable & well run. There are numerous excellent Warungs & a supermarket close by & a 10 min walk to Jemeluk Bay for more snorkeling.

It is so close to the waves on a quieter part of the bay. Wayan and her husband are delightful and helpful for anything g you need.
