The room was clean, bedsheets and towels were very fresh. This place is ok if you are going to be out for the whole day and just need a place to sleep.

“Paradise with a View”

An amazing, magical place with a view of Mount Agung. Wonderful and flexible hosts who helped us with everything we needed (they did our laundry and arranged transportation for us).

Unfortunately, we have to leave a bad review. We had to change our accommodation as we couldn't sleep there. The room was full of mold and had a very strong smell, even after running the AC for 15 minutes. When we checked in, the windows were open and there was already a slight odor, but we didn't think much of it. However, when we came back after dinner, it was truly unbearable. We quickly decided to change hotels and requested a refund. The owner only responded via WhatsApp, saying we should have informed him sooner. We replied, but never heard back. Very disappointed with how the situation was handled.

“View to Agung is now obstructed by the neighbouring building”

I came for the view towards Agung, but unfortunately, some other (ugly) villa was constructed and is now obstructing the view of Agung. Room itself is nice and spacious.

Someone from the staff stole 200 dollars from my suitcase in this place. I had 860 hundreds, when I arrived, and I closed the room’s door every day there. I had these dollars for urgent cases and never spent it for my whole trip, and I was in Thailand for 2 months before, and no one stole any of my money there. Only the owner and his staff had extra keys for my room. I was hiding money in my suitcase, and the day I was leaving, there were only 660 hundreds left. The owner didn’t help and said that I probably spent the money and forgot. How can you forget things like that, I have an app and followed my budget weekly. And that was very upsetting, because I prolonged my stay there and paid the owner in cash, because he had asked for it, so he doesn’t pay booking.com commission. and I even had to pay a commission of 3% to get the cash, and was being nice to them. Anyway, it ruined the whole beauty of this place with a great view for me.

Rooms and bathroom so clean, tasteful and big, staff so kind and helpful sorting anything you need (scooter, taxi etc) and view of Mount agung from breakfast was amazing. Nice location near some really good spots to eat and not in the busy part of Amed, but very close by.

We had a wonderful stay at Agun Inn Amed. The girls in charge were always kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The place itself is spectacular — peaceful, very clean, and with absolutely stunning views. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy Amed.

The landladies at Agung Inn are simply amazing, as they do everything they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms have the perfect size and are very comfortable and clean.

“Nice”

The room was clean, view from the property was lovely, breakfast was nice and the owner was very helpful - especially when arranging a birthday cake for my partner. The property is a bit further from the restaurants but that is a sacrifice if you want a nice view, still easily accessible by moped!

“Located in the green while close to the sea”

Initially we booked one of the rooms upstairs which at the end wasn’t for us but luckily we could change to a room on the ground floor. The room is simply furnished but functional and spacious. The location is close to a few nice cafes and restaurants and a short walk from the beach, while still being within the green. It comes with a great view on the jungle and mountains. Additionally, there is an excellent laundry service: affordable prices, delivery within the same day, clothes dried by the sun and nicely smelling and folded.

“Amed paradise”

Beautiful stay onlooking Mount Agung. Amazing, clean room and great breakfast each day. Ketut was great and very helpful - arranged transport pick up from Padang Bai. Is a bit further from the town centre but doesn’t take too long to walk! (10 mins)
