Sad Melb Wines was a friendly and welcoming place. It had amazing views and delicious food at the beautiful restaurant overlooking the mountains. The rooms were cozy.

“How it’s easy to ruin beautiful picture…”
Everything was nice, but we had very uncomfortable situation with owners which made our stay in the end very stressful. Location, design, interior - great. Food and wine is okay.

“Authentic Georgian experience in a unique setting”
This is the only property we booked in advance as I randomly spotted it on Google maps before arriving in Georgia. We even made a detour on our way to Svaneti just to go there, as the pictures looked too beautiful. And we didn't do wrong! We loved everything: the hospitality, the food, the wine, the decor of the house/winery and the wonderful view from the terrace. We also bought some home-made jam, tomato sauce, pickles, wine and other fantastic products.. I will recommend it to anyone going to Georgia, and if you need a detour of a couple of hours (or more) is well worth it!

“Amazing location, delicious food”
This place is run by some lovely people making the most amazing food. They also serve really good traditional Georgian wine. The view from the terrace is incredible. We did a great hike from the location as well.
