this is truly an exclusive villa! We lived in a museum! This house deserves special praise for the cleanliness of the house and for everything you need in it for a comfortable stay. Thanks to the owner Luca, we felt like guests in this house! The owner of the house is incredibly hospitable and knows many wonderful places that are less familiar to tourists. My family and I hope to stay in this house again next year: strategically it is close to very beautiful places, both historical and tourist places, as well as natural and lesser-known ones! The kitchen had everything you needed. There is a washing machine in the house. There is peace and quiet around the house. This home is a holiday in Tuscany in an Italian house with a wonderful atmospheric interior. We liked EVERYTHING and if it were possible to give a rating of 100, I would do it easily. Many thanks to Luca. He is a wonderful and hospitable host! My family and three children (10, 8 and 5 years old) recommend this house to anyone who wants to feel comfortable, quiet and not far from all the attractions.

Great hospitality from the first contact. Luca greeted us on arrival, showed us all the premises, house and garden. We were more than happy for his suggestions on local restaurants, local winery tours and bike trips. The house has a very pleasant ambient temperature keeping cool while more than 36 C degrees outside. We were most satisfied with great kitchen equipment as we love to cook, with Luca’s own oil, wine, tomatoes and herbs our holidays was excellent! Love to visit again.
