“Unforgettable experience in Amboseli park”

Unforgettable experience at the Amboseli resort. Honestly one of the best way to enjoy Amboseli park. The service is impeccable and we definitely enjoyed ourself. From the swimming pool area you can often see animals roaming close to the fence. The buffet is very good, even though maybe a bit too much international cuisine. We would have liked having more local options. We arrived at the resort with our own car. You definitely need a 4x4. Avoid Eremito Gate and go through Olkelunyiet Gate.

We had no water in our room for 24 hours, we informed the staff at 6.00 am in the morning & were told that the problem would be fixed withing a few hours, after we returned from a game drive we still had no water, we were told by the staff again this would be fixed very shortly (it was not) we could not shower or wash ! we were given a key to another room to take a shower & use the toilet this was a far distance from our room, at 8pm the same day we still had no water & we were offered to change rooms in the dark & very heavy rain, we declined this offer. The following morning when we were due to check out the water returned.

Beware that the walls are not sound proof, meaning that they feel like cardboard. Bring your own earplugs. This is very big facility, with many guests and numerous safaricars, especially during weekend the crowds in the facility and on the roads is noticeable.

Polite and supportive hotel personnel with an attention to every detail. Very good local cuisine food 🤗 and rich variety of food. We enjoyed🌸 Dinner with guitar songs was amazing💃. Comfortable bed and mantras. Cute rooms . My family was really happy with everything in Serena Safari Lodge❤️ Safari trips were exciting and we were happy to see all the famous Kenyan animals around😇🦓🦒🐘🐆🦬🦛. We were lucky to observe Kilimangiaro mount at our first day

Location in the park is good and the rooms, whilst basic, were clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was awesome and had a variety to choose from. It was also flexible for one to request for what was not in the main breakfast as long as it could have been availed. Location is better considering its in the wild, however the road to the first gate from Emali is so bad. The Kimana gate one is better

The location of the hotel is good, and it has delicious food. Also have a lot of entertainment for family.

“Very beautiful, relaxing, and enjoyable resort”

The location of the resort was excellent and the grounds were well maintained. The entrance to Amboseli National Park is far away and resort keeps you in middle of the park for easy access to the game drive areas and views of Mount Kilimanjaro. All of the hotel staff we interacted with were are very friendly and helpful. The food at the buffet was exceptional and there was a diverse selection of food. There were several sitting areas around the resort where you could observe birds and other animals in the national park while you relaxed. Tea and coffee were always available in an area adjacent to the bar. The room was very comfortable and had a ceiling fan to help keep you cool.

Location was amazing, situated in the middle of Amboseli National Park. The room was beautiful, very comfortable with plenty of space for 3 of us to relax and enjoy the views of the gardens and wildlife. Food was lovely, buffet style with something for everyone. As we were full board, we took a packed lunch with us on the day we left and it was lovely! The pool area was nice and clean too.
