“Great Service and modern facilities.”

A nice modern hotel in Ambon City. Room was large and comfortable with a hot waterfall shower ac and fast WiFi. All staff were friendly and professional. The roof top restaurant had great views and food was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was a good mix of traditional and standard breakfast items including a Cooked to order egg station.

I have stayed several times at this hotel, and strongly recommend it. Comfortable, good facilities, great rooms and perfect cleanliness. At the front desk they are always willing to help and solve doubts, the restaurant is magnificent and the sympathies of those in it are total. On this occasion I would like to recalculate the cleanliness and kindness of the people I met during my stay, Misses Hilda and Batseva. Ruego convey them my appreciation.

That’s the best place to stay in Ambon. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the food is very good. It has a beautiful terrace in the top floor with a view. The rooms are basic but actually have everything you need for a short stay. The airport is 30mins away and the hotel arranges the ride if you wish. If we go again to Ambon this is definitely the place to stay.

The City is not the fanciest hotel in Kota Ambon but it is very popular with western tourists. It has a homy rooftop restaurant/cafe with live music, minus the coldness of some other rooftop bar in Ambon. It's very good value. It's located in the oldish part of town within a short walking distance to the waterfront, local markets and various local eateries if those are of interest to you. However if you prefer more predictable food, there's only one mcd 10 minutes walk away, and the rooftop restaurant at the hotel.

This hotel is in a central location in Ambon city. The rooms are spacious, the bed was huge,,Upstairs they have a rooftop bar and restaurant, it's great value...Would definitely stay here again.

I would rate the breakfast as good. The cook put together our breakfast (eggs) and we helped ourselves to fruit and coffee, tea. The staff are always friendly and happy to assist us when needed.

“Excellent as a hub for your travels in the Maluku”

Nice affordable hotel functioning as a popular hub in the Maluku. Staff very helpful and they speak excellent english. Rooftop restaurant has nice view and serves excellent food. Possible to leave your luggage for a few days.
