“Awful”
Very noisy with little sound proofing. Poor restaurant with western food pizza made with ketchup and not pizza sauce. Difference pizza to what was ordered (got chicken frankfurters instead of ground beef). Had to argue with staff for discount since they didn’t give me what I ordered. Couldn’t pay on the room so had to head up to get credit card. Had to unscrew light in bathroom as there was no way to switch it off to sleep.

Good location as there is a supermarket at the 1st floor of the hotel. They also serve variety of breakfast, also good that menu slightly changes everyday.

It's a nice and decent hotel with everything in and on it. Big supermarket on the lower floor, amazing massage place on the 2nd floor and at breakfast there is plenty choice! Rooms are comfortable and spacious.

One of the nicest hotels in Ambon, comfortable, clean rooms, endless breakfast buffet choices, reliable hot water showers and wifi, Would definitely stay here again

“Different Santika than in Java/Bali, so don't have high expectations.”
The location is strategic, and if you are lucky, you can ask the room with beautiful views to the bridge and the receptionist allowed us to do early check in, so was good point.
