“Great authentic house with a backyard”
It was charming 3 level house with great place on a backyard. We were surprized to see so much space for having rest. The ground floor was very authentical and cute. The house was in step distance from Clos Luce and the castle.

“Kitchen facilities and sitting area downstairs are very disappointing”

“Superb accommodation & great location”
Superb!! Absolutely incredible accommodation. Everything has been catered for to ensure a relaxing stay. Fabulous decoration, care has been taken to use space very well. Excellent facilities, very spacious, extensive kitchen, oven & dishwasher, great sitting room & with the downstairs built into the cliff/rock/cave, they have offered very good lighting. Bedrooms (bedroom & bedroom settee) & showers were beautifully decorated. Bed was the comfiest this trip & lovely towels! The garden??? We absolutely loved the garden terrace with three seperate areas to sit & catch the sun. What is better than sat on the terrace, wine, cheese, sunset & watching the hot air balloons! 200m from the Leonardo Da Vinci museum which is an absolute must, even if Leonardo isn't your thing, the guy was a genius & there are interactive areas for adults & children. Fantastic! Around 450m to the main town & chateau. Really good location. (It is up hill coming back from the main town) We would definitely book again!!

“A really interesting place to stay - ideal for an active couple”
It was “atypique” and different which was fun. The main bedroom was lovely and if the weather had been better we would have enjoyed the garden

“Unique, charming and character-filled little house on the hill.”
Unique, charming and character-filled little house on the hill. We were thoroughly surprised by how beautiful this place was! It has so many features to delight its guests, including a spacious kitchen/ living area built into the rock on the ground floor, and 2 well-appointed upper level rooms with bathrooms, as well as a terrace and garden where we could enjoy our wine and cheese. I could live here!

Nothing. We did not stay at the property. We had to find alternative accommodation because it was extremely damp and the walls were covered in black mould.

“Lovely house, walking distance to town with great roof terrace”
We loved the house, the peculiar cave kitchen and the best part for us was the roof terrace. We enjoyed being able to cook a meal, open a bottle of red and watch the balloons go by. The kitchen is well equipped and had all that you needed. We met the host too who was lovely.

“Classic cellar stay on the steps of da Vinci’s Chateau”
Location the best,less than 100m from Chateau Clos Luce and de Amboise.Wonderful staying in an old wine cellar.Amenities spot on,Wifi excellent.
