“Pleasant house, not too far from Amboise centre (walking), well equipped and helpful hosts.”

Clean, quiet and well equiped. The hosts were excellent, being patient and helpful. They sorted two queries with no fuss. Decor is pleasant Garden is compact with choice of grass shingle or hard surface and in sun or shade.

We wanted to stay outside of Amboise to ensure nearby parking and it was only a 10 minute walk to town via Le Clos Luce. We enjoyed having plenty of space both inside and out. The wood burning stove kept us cosy in the evenings.

“Lovely but Quirky”

Beautifully modernised. Quite close to the town centre - 10 minutes walk. Quirky building - the main room was a long vaulted room, nicely furnished with a range of modern and traditional furniture. No windows in this room, but still very light due to the decoration and abundance of fitted spotlights. Bright, well equipped kitchen, although did struggle a little bit with the combined microwave/oven/grill as the instructions were only in French 😏. There was a washing machine available, but we didn't use it as it was of a design we'd never seen before. There's a nice little patio with table and chairs so you can eat your breakfast croissant in the sun☀️

“perfect”

it was all very good, comfortable and so pretty. just a stroll from the old city , bars, restaurants and the chateaux. the owners were charming.
