“Amazing stay and the best host you could ask for!”

Our stay was excellent! We stayed in the 'tiny house,' which is very pleasant and comfortable. The location is stunning, spectacular, and has a truly interesting history. The host was the best we have ever had! Super attentive, kind, and provided us with a comprehensive itinerary filled with tips on what to do, where to visit, and where to eat. He was also great at pointing out what is actually worth visiting and what isn’t. Believe us, you should trust his recommendations! The breakfast is delicious, with homemade items. Oh, and we can’t forget to mention the 'second host,' the very friendly dog! Thank you so much!

Our host was so welcoming and friendly. He gave us lots of information about the area but also extra fun facts about historical sites and figures. We had everything we could need in the chalet. The bed was comfortable. We were happy staying there.

Thibaut is an exceptional host, incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable about the region, and full of great recommendations for châteaux, restaurants, and local wine. The property is a beautiful, peaceful retreat with a stunning garden and pool, yet just a short walk from the Clos Lucé and town center. Breakfast was delicious with homemade jams, and we left with memories we'll cherish. Highly recommend!

We had a great welcome after a long journey and it was so nice to receive a personal touch. Lovely house with interesting history and a kind host to help us with any questions we had and point us in the right direction for supper out. Would love to go back in the summer so we could enjoy the garden! Very well situated for lots of sights and easy to find from the motorway. We will be going back and spending more time there next time. Thank you for your hospitality.

Thibaut was extremely friendly and very informative about the local area. The B&B is just a 10 minute walk into the heart of the Ancient centre of Amboise. The B&B itself has had a colourful past, from the WWII and is just a few inutes from Château of Clos Lucé, the one time home of Leonardo De Vinci (who is buried in the nearby Château d'Amboise).

The location was perfect. Liked the grand approach to the apartment. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Shared a lot of information which was helpful for our sight seeing. His pride for his city and country was inspiring. The pet dog, snook, was great. We warmed up to him really quickly.

The welcome we had from our host was exceptional as was his knowledge of the area and its history. He was happy to pass on this knowledge which certainly helped us plan our stay and excursions to get the best effect. The breakfast was stunning with fresh breads and pastries, cheeses, teas and excellent coffee - a great spread and accompanied by good conversation and tips from the host and happy to provide attention to the very friendly dog "snook" The large gardens and space were appreciated as well as the pool, which provided a refreshing break after a day out We were traveling with bikes, so it was easy to get in and out of town very quickly

Great location to centre of Amboise, opposite Clos De Luce museum and many other local attractions to explore. Thibaut, our host, was friendly and welcoming and ensured our stay was a great one. Perfect long-weekend destination and/or stop-off for those on route from the UK to South of France (or vice versa!)

The land that this property sits on and the building is beautiful. The host is warm, friendly and passionate about the home and Loire Valley and generous with his knowledge and suggestions of places to see. Breakfast is of high quality ingredients and generous. The pool is clean and a perfect temperature. We swam everyday. We walked into town. It is a lovely location. I would not hesitate in recommending this accommodation.
