“pleasant stay”
The restaurant was closed for dinner - for us it wasn't inconvenient that night as we travelled into Amboise, easy reach in a car. Breakfast the next morning was nice.

Hotel was a bit tired, felt as if it had just opened for the night, smelt damp. Outside had nice newish furniture but area need a bit of care and attention, could be nice. Got our meal wrong and tried to charge us twice for tourist tax, I know it's not a lot of money but its the principle.

Friendly helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, nice seating inside and outside on terrace, excellent breakfast with many choices, bar, and big car park. Nice setting with trees and grass all round.
