“Perfect stay in Ambleside!”
It was right in the centre of Ambleside, close to everything. The house has plenty of space, including a cinema room that my son enjoyed. The bathroom was lovely too, a lovely big bath. The owner was also so kind. I left my bag there and he helped get it back to me and was very available on the phone.

“Appalling! Awful! disgusting! Disgraceful!”
Location is handy! Nothing else to like it was absolutely filthy. DO NOT STAY HERE! OWNERS ARE LIARS! Really do you research! Had to spend an evening cleaning just to be able to sleep in it. If you read the owners responses to every bad review here & airbnb they claim it was left in a mess, just because they don't like the truth & are basically scamming people out of money. The fact they have had to make up absolute scandalous ludicrous lies about police etc is just ridiculous. Claiming i broke the hoover (didnt know they knew what a hoovwr was) the last people put tin foil in microwave and others left it a mess. I have submitted photos twice now of the absolute mess we arrived to, yet they don't show up on review. Says alot really!

“Great location and accomodation.”
The location was excellent, in fact we'd booked a restaurant 20 metres away for our evening meal. Facilities provided were very good, couldn't ask for more. Contact with owners excellent.

“Nice stay as a family”
Great Location. Lovely Bathroom. Nice Kitchen and living spaces. Beds very comfy and projector tv was a hit with the kids. Modern decor.

“A gorgeous house in an amazing location!”
Excellent location! Very clean and comfy. The house was beautifully decorated, with every little touch well thought of. Also dog friendly which is a great advantage for walkers. I would definitely stay here again, hopefully soon!

Location and proximity to all amenities, shops, restaurants and walks. Loved the food from the sandwich shop below the apartment, had a few breakfast/packed lunches. The Mexican restaurant/take away just up the street - Tacos del Sol, was fantastic. Authentic, freshly prepared food and drinks and lovely hosts.
