Top Garden Suite in Far Sawrey was immaculately clean and there was everything you would need for your stay. It was incredibly comfortable including the beds and the living room furniture. The second bathroom had a bath which was lovely as well as a shower and a separate shower unit in the first bedroom en-suite. It was lovely and quiet and set in the most beautiful grounds and the view was breathtaking! We loved the outdoor space and as we had really good weather the first two days, we made the most of the patio area. You are ideally placed to go and visit all the major villages/towns by car and there is a path on the righthand side of the main house which leads directly to the local pub! The staff in the Cuckoo Brow Inn were so lovely and the food was really good too! Be prepared for the hill in your car as it is really steep and reversing wasn't easy, however if you go past the cottage as if going towards the top property, you can reverse into the parking space allocated to Top Garden Suite very easily.
