Lovely view from the flat, very clean, nice decorations in the house. Walking distance to Ambleside town. Takes around 20 minutes, a little longer returning as the hill is quite steep! Lots of fluffy towels.

Fabulous view and bright and happy interior. Friendly host. Clear check in instructions. Plenty of bits and pieces (tea bags, washing up liquid etc) included, loads of entertainment available including books, toys, board games and apple tv. Clean and comfy.

“Great base for Ambleside”

The apartment was easy to find, had off road parking, was walking distance to Ambleside, was warm and clean with all you could need provided. The view was lovely to look out on with the sun on the hills.

Wonderful view to the mountains from dining and living rooms. Kitchen well equipped. Very comfortable double bed. Good size bathroom. Easy parking. Quiet location. A pleasant downhill walk to town but rather hilly to return to apartment. Big garden centre about a kilometre away on Lake Road sold a myriad of products, not just plants. Very nice cafe reasonably priced inside garden centre.

Property was well maintained, clean, and centrally located. It had great views from the balcony. The apartment had so many toys books and other games fit for my son, that made the stay soooo much more enjoyable.

The property was great for us. It had all the kitchen utensils we needed and the beds were really comfy. The views are stunning as they say and it was in walking distance to Ambleside and Lake Windermere. 😍

It was a lovely clean apartment with everything we needed. We loved the bright colours. The beds were comfortable with mattress and pillow protectors. The bathroom was clean with a good shower over the bath. For anything we weren't sure of there was a handy information file. We loved the views and the apartment was not too far from the town. Buses run frequently and we used these a couple of times.

“A charming, colourful apartment in Ambleside in the heart of the Lake District.”

This is a lovely apartment for a couple or a small family. The decor is a bit startling at first, but I warmed to it over the course of my stay as the mixed pastel colours was quite calming. The apartment is fully equipped for a family to stay in comfort for a short or extended stay.

The host's parents upstairs were very friendly and accommodating. Lots of toys for children to play with and a nice garden area to run around in. The kitchen was well equipped and the flat itself was clean, tidy, and a very relaxing space

The flat is up a steep hill, but that pays off in the amazing views you get from the living area and balcony, it was beautiful.
