Outstanding views. Easy access to Windermere on the ferry in just 10 mins which is an experience in itself crossing the beautiful lake. Lovely walks with the dog and just minutes away is the Claife viewing station. Location was perfect for us. The holiday home was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Welcome hamper was a nice touch.

A very beautiful location with excellent views from the big wide windows and balconies onto the lake. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. A good location to access lots of local sights and a beautiful home to settle into for a few days.

“Look to good to be true? It's even better than you think x”
It all seemed to good to be true from the pictures and for the price but let me tell you it was not! It just got better upon arrival, the pictures can not do it justice, its so beautiful. The facilities are exceptional, the kitchen stocked with every piece of equipment you might need and a hamper that I would pay £100's for. Every room has a unique stunning view. I was worried about getting to the location and the volume of noise from the ferry - well i can only say the ferrys were a highlight for the whole family, staff are wonderful. Most wonderful escape xxxx thank you.

“Nice stay in a fabulous location with some issues to be sorted”
Beautiful welcome basket with goodies for us. Interior decoration was beautiful. We had a maintenance issue that was fixed very quickly when it was reported. Some useful consumables left for our use (dishwasher and laundry tablets, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, etc)
