“Lovely house in a great location”
A lovely location, 10 minutes walk to Hawkshead, the property had a wow factor. The bedding and towels were excellent. Very good laminate and carpet flooring. Bathrooms were great. Tremendous views from inside the house and on the patio.

“loved the house, but there is a problem with damp. overall this did not spoil our stay as the house.”
unfortunately we had a leak in the upstairs shower, which knocked the lights out in the bedroom below and soaked the bed.

“Very comfortable house in a beautiful spot”
The location just outside Hawkshead is very peaceful. The views are stunning. The house is very well equipped, immaculately clean and the beds were super comfortable. Three double rooms of which one is downstairs and en-suite which was important to us as one family member has mobility issues. Highly recommend this property.
