“Value for money, dog friendly cosy cottage with garden and view”
Rebooked after staying here in March 2025. Ticks all the boxes for a dog friendly cosy weekend. Ideal location close to Ambleside or a nice walk along River Elterwater. Cottage is well equipped if you choose to stay in and cook, which we did last year. Garden is fully enclosed with amazing views and a communal garden too. Comfy bed, comfy sofa and balcony to sit out with a cheeky wine. Look forward to booking again. Thanks Liz 😊

The property was in a lovely location, and was very well equipped. The heating was on when we got there, and that made it very welcoming. Very spacious and a very comfortable bed. It was very clean and cozy. We only stayed for one night, but would definitely make it a longer stay next time
