“Fabulous place to stay”

Fabulous place to stay. Large room and beautiful bathroom with your own little garden house overlooking a beautiful garden. Amazing hosts and an excellent breakfast. Amazing location with an amazing coastal park five minutes walk or a very short drive away. Highly recommended.

We were warmly welcomed by Pete & Linda, and shown to the annexe. This is a small but perfectly formed private annexe, attached to the house, and accessible via their beautiful garden, in which we were permitted to roam and sit in the sunshine. The large double bed is comfortable, and there are two comfortable chairs on which to sit. Everything is provided in the annexe, very clean, with room service. Linda cooked a delicious breakfast to order each morning, in a private dinning room, accessible across our very own decked patio area. We could not have been better cared for anywhere, and would love to stay again. .

Lovely room with separate sitting area and breakfast room. Useful fridge. Close to the beach and a few miles from Amble. The hosts Linda and Peter were lovely and one of the highlights were Peters pictures . Several seating areas outside where we sometimes sat and the gardens are gorgeous with many birds visiting. Nearby was a small parade of shops, useful if you needed something. We ate several times at the Widdrington Inn a few miles down the road and would recommend it. We were really happy with our stay here.

Great welcome on arrival from Linda and Peter. Shown to the annexe situated to side of the main house through the garden which was well kept and a lovely outlook from the breakfast room. The room was large with a seating area, tea coffee facilities and biscuits every day. Fresh milk jug in fridge, up one step through bed area at far end was an opening into a lovely bathroom/ shower. All in the place was if high standards and emaculatey clean and fresh.

We had a very peaceful and comfortable week in this beautiful bed and breakfast accommodation .Peter and Linda were so welcoming and very knowledgeable about places to visit in the area. The annexe room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A delicious breakfast was served daily in the breakfast room overlooking the garden. This is probably one of the best B&Bs we have ever stayed in and we will certainly be back.

Secluded in a beautiful garden setting. Very clean and comfortable with all amenities. Plenty of coffee, tea and biscuits with fresh milk left for us in a jug in the fridge. Peter and Linda were very friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful breakfast each morning. Just a short walk from Druridge Bay Country Park and a short drive away from Amble.

Beautiful, comfortable room with everything needed for a “home away from home” stay. Breakfast was excellent. Peter and Linda’s stunning garden with its summer house is a sight to behold. Nothing was too much trouble, and we particularly appreciated the local restaurant recommendations. Good location. Books and pamphlets full of ideas for places to visit in the room. Linda and Peter were great hosts and very helpful.

A very pleasant stay in a purpose built extention room offering excellent facilities including an exceptional breakfast served in a separate garden room. Our hosts could not have done more to make our stay more comfortable and wanting to return at some time in the near future.

Can't fault it//breakfast was lovely ,plenty of choice. The whole place was of a very high standard ,comfy bed. ,great shower Our hosts were very helpful and told us places to visit and eat out.

The hosts were so friendly and it felt like visiting family with how at home they made us feel. The garden was absolutely beautiful and having breakfast in the breakfast nook with views of the garden was such a wonderful way to start the day. If you ever want to visit this part of the North, I would highly recommend staying here, I know I will be visiting again as soon as I can. The room is a large size, with a modern bathroom, very clean may I say. The bed was amazingly comfy, and we even had a jug of milk in the fridge fresh for our coffees and teas. I could not fault anything about our stay. 10000/10

“Room in the garden”

The room was well appointed with all you needed. There was a separate breakfast room which looked out onto a beautiful garden which you could also browse around. Breakfast was freshly made to your order. The house isn't within walking distance of pubs but very close in the car to various places for eating and drinking etc. We certainly would return.

This was the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Linda &Peter are excellent hosts and so friendly. We loved the accommodation, the garden is fabulous and having a little patio to sit outside is great. We can’t wait to go back .

Tucked away in the most beautiful garden, with an outdoor seating area and a breakfast room with views to the garden the breakfasts were amazing setting us up for the day, Linda an Peter were friendly, but not intrusive and gave us ideas for where to visit we will definitely return

We had a lovely stay. The room was very comfy. It was nice to have fresh milk in the fridge for making tea or coffee in the room. Linda & Peter made us very welcome, with plenty of knowledge of the area. The breakfast set us up for the day. It’s in a great location, only about 5 minutes drive from the beach. Plenty of places to visit.
