Every aspect of this boutique, modern eco lodge was AMAZING! We stayed for a couple of days after Christmas and loved the festive feel, fire pits, and beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The buildings blend in with the landscape and interiors are stunning - recommend staying in Chalet Neru. The food was delicious and higher end and the fruit / veg grown onsite. Our kids loved the farm tour and homemade ice cream and jams. All staff were super friendly, professional and seemed genuinely happy to work there. Kitchen was accommodating with my allergy restrictions. I’d been concerned about insects before we arrived however only spotted a couple of stick insects outdoors during our trip. Everyone in our family wished we could have stayed at the property for at least one more night.

The location was good but it really is in the middle of nowhere down a very bumpy track there is no doubt that the views are spectacular towards Adam’s Peak The staff were very good and helpful but at this price you might expect them to be better trained in what is expected of an up market hotel

Beautiful modern boutique hotel, only a small number of rooms on a farm about 25mins outside of Nuwara Eliya. Recently built/renovated. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Stunning rooms and views.

The stay at the Plains property was a highlight of our trip. The accommodation was good, but the views are what you pay for! Salin the concierge on duty was incredible with his hospitality and made sure that my partner and I had everything we needed!

We like the overview of the bungalow. Other than that, it's not value for money. Need pest control n heating system. No proper information is provided.

The view was really amazing! And the staff really very nice and polite.

We stayed in 5 different hotels during our time in Sri Lanka and this was our absolute favourite! We even cancelled plans just to enjoy the property. Incredible views and so quiet, all you hear are birds. Food is good too. It’s in a quiet area off Nuwara Eliya closer to Horton Plains and really made our trip.

Amazing hospitality. The manager Mr Nayan Wikramasinghe, the caretakers Mr Seelan and Elango, were simply amazing. They took care of all our needs and went over and above to make our stay memorable. The view and the setting amidst nature is simply the best. Additionally since it is outside Nuwara Eliya, it is away from all the hustle and bustle.

The location is amazing as it is facing the Horton Plains and the view you can enjoy from every angle is just breathtaking. It was nice to be within a farm from which the hotel picks fresh vegetables daily. There are wild animals that you can see during the day. The food was actually very good and always adapted to our needs and the availability of the farm nearby.

Everything about this place is incredible! The place is absolutely beautiful in every respect, from the architecture, to the furnishings, to the garden and surroundings, to the food! This was our most expensive place to stay in Sri Lanka and we did not regret single rupi :) The view, the common area, the room which has heated beds! they cook food with ingredients from their own garden which they happily show to you. they also offer us tractor tour at their fields :) we felt so noblese with the way we were treatad. At the end of out stay they also cleaned our tuktuk! so thoughtful and friendly staff!❤️

The location is in a beautiful setting, we loved walking around the farm which is where the kitchen gets all its vegetables from. The whole sustainability ethos was great to see and is evident in every aspect of the property. The staff (Navod and Ilango) were so attentive and made every effort to help us in whatever way they could.
