“The service in here is not good. The manager definitely doesn’t help their customers.”
I arrived to the hotel expecting to go to my room. No body helped me with my bags. When I went to my room it was not working therefore I went downstairs to the lobby to asked them what was wrong. The manager came with me to the room to check it out. She didn’t helped us. The manager started saying that it was our fault to have a different set of keys, plus she was having an attitude towards us for n it having the correct keys. The manager starting to say that if we didn’t like what we had we could go. So I didn’t like anything about it

Other customers did not comply with Covid-19 rules an apparently nobody in the hotel tried to enforce them.
