Beautiful location, just at the ocean. Chandi and the rest of the staff are really amazing and very helpful ❤️ The food is good, there is a small kitchen available, beds are comfortable, close to the Keels and city center.

Had an amazing time here! Nice little place with a beautiful, clean public beach right in front of the garden. The owner and her husband are some of the kindest people we met here. They immediately helped with everything and even provided transport with their tuktuk for completely free multiple times. Would definitely come back anytime!

“Great beach front accommodation.”

Amazing value for beach front accommodation. Lovely rooms, and good outdoor spaces to hang out with hammocks in the shade and deckchairs on the beach. Super friendly and helpful staff. A great place to eat on the beach and there is also a kitchen/fridge to prepare meals. Staff can also organise someone for an in room massage too. I wish we could have stayed a lot longer. Highly recommended!!

“Place right on the beach”

This place is right on the beach, so you can listen to the waves at night. They have an excellent restaurant on premises. Host was very kind and sweet and let us use their refrigerator. Outside shower you could use when you came from the beach. A lot of green and shadow.

Lovely host, best location with sea view, quite beach, great breakfast and dinner, everything was wonderful. Near to the mask museum. We can recommed for everybody!!!

“Great spot and very welcoming”

Lovely room right on the beach with a small terrace and use of basic kitchen facility like kettle, sink and fridge. Chandra and her family were there to welcome us and show us around. We were particularly impressed with a lovely modern bathroom . Shower was good and perfect for the warm environment. It was clean and very comfortable. The family run restaurant on the beach was great and we had breakfast and dinner on our 3 day stay. Food was very good indeed at a very fair price. The beach was superb with sun loungers provided. An idyllic spot made even better by a really lovely family.

Chandi with her family and their villa located on the beach made us the perfect welcome to the Sri Lanka! 🇱🇰☀️Rooms are very clean and comfortable, each one includes a beachfront terrace just great to sit, chillout and enjoy the ocean. There are hammocks in the beautiful shady green garden, where you can relax and also a shared kitchen to use. They are also running a restaurant, so you can taste a wonderful homemade sri lankan food on the beach! At Wallama Villa you’ll find everything you need and Chandi and her family are wonderful people 🙏🏻😊

Two unforgettable weeks in February, staying at Wallama Villa.... It appeared to be the best vacation ever for our family. Nice, peaceful, quiet and secure place. It suits perfectly for staying with babies. It looks like a simple country house, but right by the ocean. Great hospitality, close proximity to the Indian Ocean!!! (100 m), even less. Perfect service, friendliness, readiness to help. It’s priceless!!! Many thanks to Amila, Chandi, Pety, Bahnu, Inku! Wish you good luck and business prosperity!!! Dreaming of coming back to you. “Excellent place to stay, highly recommend for solo, couples and potentially families.”

The property is on a beautiful beach. Close to a supermarket. There are only 3 rooms so it’s very personal. Chandi and her husband are great hosts. Pre arrival communication was excellent. They met me from the train station to go to the property. They cooked and made us coffee. I originally booked a fan room but upgraded to the AC room as it was very hot.

Very friendly and helpful family. The location right next to the beach is phenomenal and the breakfast was delicious. 👌

“A lovely place to chill!?”

A lovely young couple who couldn't do enough for us. Beautiful position right on a idyllic peaceful beach. Large bedroom and a welcome hot shower along with a well equipped kitchen. A short walk to supermarket and restaurants. Ideally located for bus and train stations.

This was our first accomodation after having arrived at Sri Lanka. The Service of the host family was great and we felt save and sound after our long journey. The room was clean and we received coconuts as a welcome drink.

It was one of the best apartments I've stayed in while traveling. Very nice family who solved all our problems. The location of the accommodation is just great, I can't even imagine a better one. We will definitely stay here again.
